Amazing to hear the Cally bashing...understandable..but amazing. A few years back no matter what he produced no one would ever see that coming.

Top it all off..and this is just a vibe I get when watching the games..I being a loser like to look for things like this..I think Cally true does not like Nash at all. You watch them together after a goal is scored by Nash severall times when Cally is with him...Cally doesnt even celebrate. Think he just is disgusted with the game Nash plays with his size.

Ok..enough nonsense from me...but when a guy like Cally who plays that type of game starts getting shoulder injuries etc..with his size...you start to wonder as Jonny says if the peak has been hit and he is on the way down. He eventually becomes a real serviceable player that has heart and soul but that isnt worth the numbers thrown around for him and a new contract. If it was baseball and he was a Yankee..sure..who cares.

The problem is when you start talking about throwing him out the window..then you start the talk over holding maybe 4 or 5 players and doing a roster dump.

From what I saw last night..and especially....ESPECIALLY the Islander game..is that I was probably fooled by that run. When it comes to actually playing playoff hockey, the Islanders are much better than the Rangers playing playoff hockey. The Rangers have no bangers...no fighters...no dirt.

I was really impressed with the way the Islanders played...very. Thats a team that building a playoff type team that could go far. Still a ways off..but put Hank on that team and give them a several years of experience? They outworked the Rangers by a mile.

Torts was the king of OT and SO losses. Those points added up

in a tight game, Torts would turn our assholes inside out and hide and it worked a lot. Boring as fucked but it added pts to our bottom line

He did..and the team really needs at this point a stay at home guy instead of hell...Im not sure what category you would put MDZ in MR.

Have watched about 3 Islander games in the past 3 weeks including the Ranger game..so not a huge barometer I understand..and that franchise? I would prefer it drown in the water that surrounds it..with that said, the way that team plays night in and night out..the guts..how hard they play. It kills me to say it but very impressed.

Just learning about the Jonny monster LSL? We laugh at everything he says here, he says he has the most hockey knowledge and he is the most patient poster here never panicing,, hahahahahahah...we feel sorry for him as he has lost his best friend Michael Delzaster, wah, wah, wah...the only reason he liked Delzaster is because both their last names start in Del...:) one more thing about Jonny he lives in a corporate forged mansion in Ct. but doesn't know how to spell! :)

I do not think he's a bad player by any stretch and I'm not trying to say it's addition by subtraction or anything. He's a good player.

He's just not going to be worth the contract he'll get. He gets injured quite often, and that's only going to increase as he ages and becomes more brittle. I don't want a Chris Drury V2.

John Moore is a soft pussy...hes perfect!

We gave Columbus one pile of shit and they gave us 3 piles of shit back. How does one evaluate that trade? Did we win cuz we got 3 or does Columbus win because they have less shit?
