I know it's bad to want your team to lose, which I did these last two games... But I really wanna beat the shit out of the Fish. If Buffalo can do it, we can do it.

The Dolphins looked lost in Buffalo. The Jets looked decent vs. Cleveland. Yes, Miami dominated the Jets 3 weeks ago, but it should be a close game.

sadly it won't be snowing like it was in Buffy

If the Jets smash Regis and the dolFAGS, are they OUT of the postseason?

I would love for Miami to be eliminated by losing to Buffalo then the Jets in week 16 and 17.

Well the Bills, Dolphins, and Jets are all inconsistent and bad this year. So it's whoever is playing the least bad that takes the game

Beating them would be a great entry into the New Year/off-season.

It was actually mild for Buffalo. 40 degrees with a light drizzle at times. Makes it even better cause the Fish couldn't use the weather excuse.

People keep making references to 2011.....had the Jets won that game they still would have missed the playoffs. Just saying......

As far as this week beat their asses...they are our rivals. Draft position talk is for losers - I think the Jets are in great position drafting in the teens with all of their picks and with all of the salary cap room anyway.

We would have missed because didn't the team we needed to win go for 2 at the end? (I might be crazy but I swear that was the reason we would have missed if we won)

I hope we pound the dolphins. I can't believe we are 7 point underdogs

How different would this game look if the Jets didn't just lay their annual midseason egg vs. Miami at home?

the script would be flipped - the Jets would be playing for a P.O. berth and Miami would be trying to play spoiler.

That's all, just don't tank the home game vs. Miami and things would be quite different...(seems like we've heard that one before)
    2009 L vs. Miami 30-25
    2010 L vs. Miami 10-6
    2012 L vs. Miami 30-9
    2013 L vs. Miami 23-3

Damn I hate the fish so much.
Of course I hope our Jets bounce them out, but I'm not taking solace in that. They essentially knocked us out already. All it would be is paybacks in another mediocre season.

The winners shown in the first four columns results in the last column being the 6th seed.

If the dolphins lose they're out

Thoughts on Cromartie's trash talk? First saying that the Jets are better. Not really trash talk there, I would expect him to think that.

Then he says Hartline is the #1 receiver which I would take as a clear shot at Mike Wallace. I find that funny since Wallace has gotten the better of him on occasion.

Edit: After looking at his entire quotes it appears he was being more complimentary of Hartline than shitting on Wallace. Still I have to think Wallace may take issue with the comments. I wonder who Rex will stick him on for the majority of the game.

Shows how weak the AFC is that the Steelers have a legit shot at getting in after how bad they have been. I could easily see the Phins,Ravens, Chargers all losing and them sneaking in.

Going into the game the Jets knew they needed to win to stay alive. Coming out the game, the Jets realized it didn't matter if they won or lost that game, they would have still missed the playoffs.

Similar thing could happen here. I don't think there's any way the Dolphins can lose and make the playoffs, so they need to win but it doesn't guarantee anything. So if we beat them, but they don't get the breaks they needed with the win, we didn't really eliminate them in my mind.

That's how it usually works with headlines with the Jets, read more and realize it was kind of misleading

We stuck Dee on Gordon most of the game so the Jets might throw him on Wallace just to give him a challenge? I was surprised to see Cromartie not on Gordon last week. Maybe this is a hint that Cro is focusing on Hartline this week so Dee on Wallace?
