Kreider is flying he could have had 5 goals yesterday, has a deceptively heavy shot...my son said there was scouts from about 6-7 teams yesterday...so something's coming soon...
How about 2011? The guy's playoff numbers are solid and while I don't know them off hand, his numbers in game 7s and eliminations are pretty effing solid too. He's been easily good enough to win the cup with, but it's hard when you can only manage 2 goals max per game and your powerplay blows.
DS...Again...everyone has a player that they think is a bit overrated...for some Met fans..its Jeter. For some NBA fans..its Anthony..etc etc. You say he was solid..I would say he was more than solid...I just dont believe he is the King. Im not trying to stir things up..again..I think he is a very good goaltender...top 5 in the NHL. I loved what Kreider did yesterday...it just goes to show you that even though Torts was a solid coach..he held back the talented. That was what I will remember about him. He held back some guys and if around another 2 or 3 years..could have killed several careers.

Look at the difference in talent that Richter played with Versus Hank. World class means as good as anyone in the world And he won a gold medal for his team in the Olympics as well

Maybe a bit all over the place jon..lol...but the bottom line is I have said numerous times I think he is one of the top 5 goalies in the NHL. Just not a king Jon! lol..not a king. I will give you the Rangers have had flawed rosters and you need a great goalie to have success. I just havent seen much success at all. .

are you guys still debating who's the best ranger goalie? it's hank people, its really quite simple. yes he does not have a cup yet like richter, but who's fault is that? certainly not his by a longshot. the guy's done everything in his power to deliver one. if he was on a loaded team he'd have 3 by now. it's not even remotely close that hes the best.
