Idzik certainly has his work cut out for him, especially on offense. They practically need a whole new team on the offensive side of the ball.

This game was put in danger by the offensive line, then lost by Geno Smith. Props to the Bills on a solid game plan to maximize their strengths and our weaknesses.

Changing the head coach would be a start--never seen a team so ill prepared for a game. Except the Cincy game. And the Pittsburgh game. And..

a bit early... but I'll bite.

resign Howard, he's played well enough that I don't think wasting time with any other RT is needed.

    resign Cumberland

    extended and lock up Wilkerson.

cut Tone and sanchez, get 15 million off of that alone.

sign one bigger named FA WR (Nicks?)

renegotiate Cro or cut him and replace him with the best veteran CB available.

draft: going BPA throughout would be wise, order of need WR,OLB,TE, S, CB, QB, RG

QB should only be picked up if its the BPA or if we're Absolutely sure that the pick is an upgrade over what we have.

keep the current coaching staff unless they bomb the rest of the way through this season (8-8? keep) let the next year be their put up or shut up season, move on without playoffs.

It pretty much doesn't matter what we do in the offseason until we get a good (not asking for a great, just a good) QB

You cannot compete (subject to the odd fluke) in the NFL without a decent QB and we haven't had one since I can remember

Everything else is just fiddling around the edges and papering over cracks.

Probably something a GM should decide as opposed to the online fan, huh?

I'd imagine a solid GM could come up with one or two candidates. If not, he should be fired.

If he sticks with the current HC and he can't get it done...he should also be fired.

Judging by the title, I expected to see "...starts today."

What game plan can make up for 4 turnovers and Douzable being an idiot on 4th down?

Man there are so many naysayers just recognize this is a rebuilding team. Firing the hc just puts us back another year in the rebuilding process.

I'd rather see the GM putting his efforts towards building an NFL quality offensive line, for starters.

LOL hell fucking no. I'd stick with Geno if we were gonna think of doing that. The kid would probably get suspended for doing blow off a stripper's ass. He's too small for college. He's gonna be a shit NFL QB.

    Murray is a stud.

The second Pats game and the Saints game.

This team had 5 win talent on it as the floor coming into the season. It looked like it had 8 win talent as the ceiling. Rex has done a man's job in keeping things on the tracks in a year when his job was on the line and he had to deal with a new partner at GM and the talent just wasn't there to be more than mediocre.
