We usually are better in the second half. We really need this game. It would be nice to go into the bye with this win and come back with Holmes.
I can't believe im saying this but I would rather see Geno in on every play even I it means we run the pistol offense. Anything to not see the wildcat ever again.
Definitely did not expect to be up by six at the half and getting the ball back soon. Still not feeling confident we will win because it's Bree's and outr receivers are banged up (run game looking solid, OL as well).
Worth repeating... 7th Round rookie FB is a serious option on offense. TommyBoKnowsFootball. Unheralded star of the game...his blocking has been so good. Geno has had to tell him where to go granted but that kid can fucking block man. If we win, Bohanon deserves a game all by himself along with Ivory and the OLine. Having the game of his life.
I am ecstatic. Yes baby. Up by 6 at halftime against the Saints. Againtst a prolific offense and Top 5 defense. And all this without Holmes, Winslow and Cumberland. Let's keep this going and win!

Have to shout out Josh Cribbs. What a pickup by Idzik. I know it was out of desperation since we took a look during TC and didn't bite, but hey we got him anyway. He has been huge on returns, coverage teams and has made plays on offense. Not bad for a scrap heap pickup.
