At no point in Sanchez's career did he look as bad as Geno did at the end of the 4th of the Patriots game. At least Sanchez was good in the 4th, not absolute shit. Did Sanchez ever turn the ball over 9 times (7 INT's, 2 fumbles) in 4 games? Ever?
Guys this whole Simms thing is way to early. That's something you pull halfway through the season or the end of it. You need ot be really sure what you have Geno and to be honest 10-12 games isn;t enough, but it's better than 4
Hey im not calling the game yet, but he needs to play better. Hes been in turnover mode since week one.
he had 4 seasons and one bad season where we had the worst offensive talent in the league. I wish he was healthy and had the 5th season b/c we'd be doing much better.
Yeah because there has never been other games like this where the announcers don't sound like homers.
Stop. Geno is 2-1 as a rookie. Lower your expectations for the year and see if he is our guy. Simms is not. They asked Rex if Simms could replace Geno. This is what he said: “I think there’s a lot of guys that like Simms. I don’t think there’s any doubt, but to say as our starting quarterback? I don’t see that."
And he is showing signs of a kid who can't play the position at this level, a track record amongst his peers that like clockwork shows a 100% fail rate.
