<sigh> Where to begin... Marty M. needs to learn how to run the ball. Had we run the ball in the 2nd half we win that ball game...I'm confident of it...even if we only had two field goals that would have gotten it done. Geno actually got WORSE as the game went on.... Goo God...as I'm typing I'm hearing Colon and Ferguson getting ejected. You know, I can handle losing a game when you are out played and out classed. Tonight, Brady's receivers dropped more balls on him than I think he's had dropped his whole career and we STILL couldn't pull it out. This game was shameful.
The guys that got ejected...there will be a 1 game suspension for swinging at an official. That there is the icing on the cake. Damn...I love Rex Ryan...but these players aren't helping him. Geno isn't nearly as bad as he looked tonight. His confidence has got to be shot with his receivers...I'm going to go back tomorrow and replay this and see how many drops he had but it has to be over 10. What a disgrace.
we have a young team w/ a rookie QB in sloppy conditions. What did everyone expect? we had chances, our WRs couldn't catch and our QB sucked when it mattered most. Hopefully it's a learning experience for the QB.
Lack of weapons is very evident. And sadly at this point, Geno can't overcome it and then at that point he lost faith in his guys and tried to force it which is a big problem.
it's funny hearing you guys complain about the WRs and giving Geno a pass when these receivers are lightyears better than what mark had to work with last year yet it was all his fault.
thoughts lets see couldnt beat a pats team with no one on offense who kept dropping balls, Hey guess this means the pats defense is better then the legenary bucs defens everone was crowing about.
Neither offense was impressive. Edelman looked like the only playmaker (besides Brady) on the Pats. Geno was very inconsistent - a few horrible throws. The receivers couldn't catch except for Santonio. Oy - very ugly.
