This is a very winnable game.

Somebody just needs to smack Edelman.

 

Too many mistakes. The Hill fumble was an absolute killer. The Gates drop hurt my heart.

 

Each side had a TD called back.

D held Brady to 0-8 on his last 8 3rd down attempts. That's actually pretty fn good.

Lets see here...well...you can ADD 3 points from Hills stupid ass fumble...and Gates drop...I'd say there's a 10 - 14 point swing from those two right about now.

 

They can't hold up all game, we need points coming out of half

Can we get rid of Gates? if he's not dropping passes he's getting hurt.

We have been fortunate Brady hasn't been sharp but we've had some bad fortune as well w/ Hill/Gates.

The good news is we get the ball and can make it a one score game to start the 2nd half.

 

Halftime Grades from me

Offense: C Geno missed some wide open shots for big plays and possibly even touchdowns. Doesn't help either that guys are just fumbling the ball like Hill or just dropping touchdown passes like Gates. The offensive line that played so great in the first quarter, shit the bed in the second. The run game is there but if Geno can't pass, we won't win.

Defense: B+ After the blown coverage touchdown of the first quarter the defense has given the Patriots nothing. They have pretty much shut down Brady and that is a mighty feat. They were fucked out of a fumble recovery by the refs but they didn't let that stop them. The only thing keeping them from an A ranking, they haven't been getting pressure on Brady.

 

Don't we have anybody on this team that can play offense?

 

Gates TWO drops, the TD which cost us 4 pts then the deep ball which would hav set us up and cost us at least another 3.
