I do remember him talking about wanting to start some niche media spot for himself much like the former head of referees has done.
okay then. taken with a grain of salt he seems to be doing fine in spite of everybody's willingness to give smith a retired number immediately. chemistry, physical ability, and ability to keep from turning over the ball. these are what will matter most.
Who here is saying anything close to retiring Smiths number? We're tired of Sanchez's dumbass and his "great camps" that he has every year to then show up and make franchise embarrassing plays such as the Butt-fumble.

This was easily a better day for Sanchez, but let's see the spin. The pretty deep balls, the pretty spirals, the sparkly eyes lol. Also the Sanchez int. Came on a hail mary before we get too excited. How much does this matter that Sanchez had better numbers? Not much at all, until we see live defenses, blitzes, etc
what are: all things Sanchez is bad at? So Geno plays better in 5 practices and Sanchez does a little better in the goal line, and he is doing fine? whatever
Hey 7 days into camp Sanchez finally had a better day than the rookie. Hats off to him on this accomplishment. He's clearly the front-runner now.
I really hope he can stay healthy. I love his attitude - he's the kind of trash talking veteran presence we've been missing since Jenkins left.
i'm just thinking cautiously. we're all enamored with the new guy, and whats he's been doing so far according to people who are there is nothing but good. but I'm not gonna anoint him starter or even leader till at least the green and white scrimmage. I just think everybody's jumping the gun and don't want to concede Sanchez anything positive due to previously being burned. its best not to get too wrapped up either way.
First and foremost were in CAMP so who gives? Secondly this is not The 1 st time he's posted better numbers, as matter fact Sanchez completion % is higher, Geno is around in the 50% Range. Again it's camp, Tebow has the same problem as Smith aka holding on to the ball too long, but threw a pretty deep ball, and was fast and athletic. Also don't forget they both look great in the wildcat lol. I think I remember the same script last year. Until Smith gets Live defense and blitzing, who cares? This time is to make and correct your mistakes, not time to take sacks and hold on to the football.
He played 10 snaps and allowed 1 completion according to Dick Chimney's tweet. CB is plug and play for the most part, Specially the talented ones. Rich Cimini @RichCimini 2h Dee Milliner, 10 plays today, gave up 1 completion. Chance he could play in scrimmage Saturday night. #Jets
I knew the moment Sanchez got the better day tweet they'd come out Also no one cares about the numbers The first day Sanchez had better numbers and he threw behind Braylon and at Winslows feet twice while Geno had better ball placement These stats are just something for the media to report since they really can't decipher much else
