I imagine right now he is very scared, shivering and probably crying. When bullets stop flying there is time to asses. I hope this fucker is miserable.
The fact that he has done nothing malicious with officers bearing down on him makes me think lone wolf because if he was working with some cell he would have gone down in a blaze for "his cause". The "cause" is probably his brothers and he got dragged into it.

Exactly. This has gone from a hardcore Terrorist case to a scared kid in a bad situation. Thanks to the Patriot Act, there are things in store for this kid we'll never hear of. Perhaps that's a good thing as sometimes, hands must get dirty and the results do justify the means.
This is the most wrong thing I've seen all day. There is EVERY need for it. Our society is based on rule of law, and that includes trial by jury. He's obviously guilty (if not of the bombing, of everything since) and should be put to death after the trial, but if at all possible he has to be tried in a court of law.

Taken alive is a good thing. Now we'll eventually figure out what happened here and be able to better plan to avoid things like this in the future.
