Jaguars, Raiders, Chiefs, Cardinals, Bills, Browns, Eagles, and maybe Panthers. Eight teams worse than us as of right now.

Bullshit ranking that Cimini probably had an orgasm in picking

Considering we're rebuilding, I'll happily take the #2 pick if it leads to a franchise QB and a decade or more of being a contender.

    F#CK TANKING.

Its a slap in the face to the players who want to put their time and effort into this all for players who might bomb or something in the span of a year and we're no closer to being successful.

I don't want the jets to be in the back, I want them trying their damnedest, nothing less. Looking for low draft picks is just... defeatist and I never want to see a team play like that. I'll accept a team that tried and failed more than one that stupidly didn't to get a college wonder that might have something missing at the professional level.

The risk is to high, how ,many busts have come out of college? I'm not putting my franchise in the hands of players over a year away.

if they're awesome and we're last for the life of us, than fine. but to plan on failure is never acceptable. plan on championships, every year, no matter how unlikely, play to win not to lose.

I don't see this team making the playoffs worthwhile picks or not, but dammit I'd despise it if the plan was to suck. F#CK THAT.

That's bullshit! There is no way we are that high on the list with Sanchez still our QB.

Like I told the other guy, the Jets don't need to tank! They are going to suck in 2013 regardless of their best efforts.

We are not contenders and thats all that matters would it make any difference if we where ranked more like 20 no it wouldnt. In the long run we are better to rebuild the correct way something the jets have never done

There's no way the Browns are worse. The only area we're better than them is ironically enough WR, and CB until Revis gets traded. And QB is a wash of suck on both ends. And Philly at least has an NFL offense, which perhaps improves if Kelly isn't part of the Reid school of 'pass out of an empty backfield 65% of the time'

Hahaha especially in a draft that would consist of Clowney, Bridgewater, and Manziel going top 3 (most likely). Doesn't seem like you could really miss there (maybe with Manziel but I think he'll still be good).

At this piont I would vote #32 to get our next QB, plus an extra 1st from Revis to get a RB.

A 1st next year is worth more to thios team than a 1st or 2nd this year. The QB and RB class this year sucks. Come on Johnny Football!

Its amazing to me how these people can evaluate and rank teams for the upcoming season before the additions and subtractions of free agency and the draft. No one's roster is complete right now. No team is going into week 1 with the depth chart that is available right now. It is truly amazing how talented these writers are to see into the future and know who teams will add during the rest of free agency, who they'll pick in the draft, and who will get injured in the preseason.

Some rosters look bad right now, including the Jets, but how can you evaluate the Jets when we dont even know who the QB will be? Everyone understands that QB is the most important position on a team, and a good one will take you a long way and a bad one will leave you scraping at the bottom of the barrel. If the Jets get a really good QB out of the draft, and there will be at least one that rises, I don't care what their roster looks like, they'll be competitive.

Chiefs, Browns, Eagles and Panthers are all better than us. Chiefs upgrade at QB and added a bunch of quality players through FA or trades, plus they have the #1 pick. Browns are a severely underrated team. Overall very solid, especially on defense. If they can sure up their QB play, they could win the division. Eagles will be better with better coaching and a healthy team. Panthers have one of the best young QBs, and a solid offense that will add more to it.

The Raiders are the only team right now that I think is worse than us on paper. The rest are better or around the same.

We are a pretty horrible team on paper. We'll see how that translates to the field.
