Toews has almost twice the pts as Cally in about the same amount of career games. You OBVIOUSLY havent seen Toews play very much.Just my opinion

Hes every bit the leader Cally is but with TWICE the production. Its actually a ridiculous argument on your part....but then again, thats nothing new on this board. Toews also led team Canada to gold against Cally and team USA. You might want to ease up on the name-calling andsimply follow hockey more thoroughly. Just my opinion of course. Oh and Toews has also led his team to a record-breaking start this season. BUT, you dont watch him play so you might not know that.

Well, that's nice of you to say but I was talking about Callahan, who I don't even think is the best captain on the Rangers' roster. Nash put that Columbus team on his back night in, night out, and he knows how to lead a team to be better than they really are. Callahan's a good player but he's no leader. As far as leadership is concerned, I'd have Alfie, Dustin Brown, Getzlaf, Doan, Toews or Zetterberg long before I'd consider Callahan. He might be a better player than many others, but he isn't a better captain.
