Let me elaborate. I do not think that the New York Rangers should actively put Kreider on the trade market. However, supposed at the trade deadline, another team makes an inquiry for Kreider. Would you not want them to offer as much as possible as part of that negotiation? After looking good in camp, Erik Karlsson played the first nine games of his NHL career at the beginning of the 09/10 season in Ottawa and struggled. He was sent down to Binghamton, came back up later that season and never looked back.
I feel like J.T. Miller is going to be a stud. 19 years old and he's getting a fair chunk of ice time. At times the kid skates like he's been doing it for years.
