i must say i am blushing a little bit. nobody has ever said anything like that to me ever before. im not even sure what to say... i know there are many many posters on this site who are shocked and amazed that someone thinks i wear green shaded glasses. because i am about as critical of the jets organization as a whole as anyone.
Well that is to bad that you live your NYJ life in a state of total delusion. I am not some "bitter old man" as you allege I just simply assess the team before the season begins & then I know what I am in store for in the upcoming season. OTH I seriously think U R afraid to open that book because you are afraid to see what U will find inside it. So just keep on hoping & praying & being depressed @ the end of each & every sxeason
what you have just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read this garbage. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Who wants to take a bet that they all put some crap in there about how we will be entered in the lottery for Super Bowl tickets if we renew for next season. If you figure usually the host team gets 5% which is split to 2.5%. After they give to corporate and coaches club I'd say it's like a .001% shot.
337,,,,,I was just having this same conversation with friends 2 days ago. I think u are correct and they will do some type of lottery .BUT no matter what they offer I will not go back,,I would rather cherry pick,,,that's me . The untruths that they told over and over along with the ridiculous height and view fom the uppers is well documented in this thread . Keep your lottery Woody and your psls and your military discounts and your meaningless preseason games and your parking passes along with your warehouse of a stadium,,,,,I m done
U must have missed it they already announced that is there plan which includes the UDeckers also
This is all that I could find The two teams will have access to 109 of the 219 club suites in the 82,500-seat stadium, and those will be distributed to their suite holders. But the money goes directly to the league. The Giants and Jets will split 6.2 percent of the overall ticket allotment. Because two teams are hosting, more hometown fans than usual will be left in the cold. Typically, the host city gets 5 percent.
So 3.1% go to the Jets and once you factor in coaches club, sponsors, etc. probably get about 0.25% to the season ticket holders.
Praying for terrible weather conditions so the NFL never puts the Super Bowl in cold places again. The whole week is an event. Lots of outside festivals and concerts need to go on. Fan fests and the whole tailgate around the stadium is affected.
There was never any deal for the UDers. I remember that distinctly. It was part of Woody's "Fuck With The Seniority People Until They Buy A PSL" plan. Don't you remember this clearly? I certainly do. No pass-along privileges and no SB tickets for the non-PSLers, period. So unless absolute proof can be furnished, I am not buying into this.
I hope its 36 and rainy for the day of the game. Watch, just like the Jet games, the LL and Mezz between the 30's will empty because all the suits will be inside watching the game in the lounge and all the real fans in the UD will not be heard. It will be a total embarassment to the NFL. And that 45 min. halftime show will be empty when everyone goes for cover.... ooppps. there is no cover in most places. Sorry, we have louvers on the outside to let the rain and wind in, better go to the Sports bar... oopps unless you have passes, no place to sit and eat and get warm. The masses are treated like its a baseball game. We have some great pepper and egg sandwiches, its what we are known for. Fan," How the hell do these Jets & Giant fans go to this place on a weekly basis. They pay WHAT for these seats???? . OMG!!!! This place sucks!!!!"
Wait till they find out the hotels are $600 a night and then they drive to the stadium and get snarled up in the traffic/parking nightmare with all one-way's. You miss your turn to get into your lot and too bad... you're fucked... one way out onto Rte 3 or the Turnpike again to make a U-turn. "Oh no, not me... I'll take the train from the city. Good luck with that with 50,000 other people trying to get on the same freaking car. Hahahahaa.....
