Actually SF gets the punt with 12/13 seconds left. They could ice it so ATL doesn't even get a return with a good punt.
Julio could do nothing there. Incomplete pass ends it but pass too high for him to do anything. It was looking like a hook and ladder play type set up
Really have no idea what is going to happen tonight. Even if hypothetically if Talib cancels Torry Smith, I don't see anyone in NE covering Boldin. On the other hand, I see the revamped Pats running attack pounding BAL more often than not when BAL tries to go with their smaller lineup to cancel out the Pats hurry up and passing attack. AND OF COURSE, we have the game changer, the wild card, the "Anti-Patriot, Bernard Pollard who likes to ruin Patriots players
Yeah I think Ryan hurt his shoulder on the last series, he was really cradeling the arm. On the other side, It's a little premature but we may have been watching the two teams that will dominate the NFC for the next 5-10 years, especially the Niners, their young and they have been building draft picks. But they also have cap issues going in to next year so maybe not lol
Just watched the niners game with my Niners-fan mate - jeezus but that game was rough as a niners fan but great to see them back in the SB - when I got into the NFL in the mid-80s it was just as the niners were starting their turn as one of the most dominant teams around so in my mind they have always been a top team - now they are once more - also goes to show how you can turn a team around - under Singletary these guys were a joke.
