Except the year they didn't have Brady they went 11-5 with Matt Cassel. The Patriots don't hit on every reclamation project, but they have had quite a few go well. Dillon, Moss, Vrabel, Andre Carter, Ninkovich, Mark Anderson that's just off the top of my head.

I'd be surprised if they actually did it. I'm just throwing out ideas.

Sanchez to the Patriots. Benched and learning from Brady until he goes down to own the AFC east for a decade.:metal:

I agree -- it would be a media disaster above everything else. If Woody learned something it is don't do something for headlines -- Tebow was brought in for that and look what hapened. Make football decisions that are the best for the team not the headlines.

Brett Favre, Plaxico Burress, Tim Tebow. Nope, no indication that Woody will learn now.

Adam Schien is a joke a has no clout in the sports world, He is just giving his personall opinion not facts, he doesn't have a source. If not Vick then who else is there??? Jason Campell?? Matt Moore??? Id take Vick over those to and . niether one of them have won alot of games and Campell is a washed up first round pick who's starting days are over

To be Fair if Farve didn't get hurt that was going to work out - 8-3 before he hurt his arm. Pennington was damaged goods and he couldn't really make the throws anymore.

Burress was a killer in the red zone - had 8 TD and was a serviceable receiver - no great but did his job. Was he bad in the locker room -- maybe, but he had a better season in 2011 than Edwards had combined in 2011&2012

Tebow -- he served no purpose aside from making every story on ESPN for 4 months about him even when he didn't touch the field. They had signed a back up QB only to sign Tebow and trade the guy a day later. Just a joke of a transaction.

Vick has had one really good year in his whole career. His career completion percentage is 56%.

If we are not going Tebow, can we at least get a QB who can complete 60% of his passes?

Where ever he goes he will probably end up being a hall of famer, This origization has a way of ruining talent

There just isn't alot of options out there next season for QB's it's either someone else or Sanchez comes back.... It would probably be the smart thing to do as a franchise to redevelop Sanchez with new Offensive coaches but nothing the Jets do has to do with talent development, Woody and Mr T would look at you cross eyed if you asked them what Talent Development is, Do we trade up to take Geno Smith??

Oh hell no on Vick. All that does is delay the inevitable rebuilding process which should begin this off season. Rex and Tanny need to be fired right now.
