Go back - take a look at Sanchez play his first years. You will see that this is a false imaginary Sanchez you and your fellow Sanchez-haters are perpetuating to satisfy your own fantasy. He was't great - he was a young QB who had ups and downs. Deal with it.
the defense having bad moments has absolutely zero relevance to how Sanchez played for the entire game.
if Sanchez was great, how would you describe Brees, Brady and Manning for those two seasons? Supermagnificentoutstandingamazing? holy shit, you have to either create your own definition for the word "great" or simply eliminate any concept of a benchmark to identify the difference between great, good, average and bad to even attempt to say he was great, and the benchmark is what gives meaning to whether a player is great or not -- it is a comparison to other QB's. without it every QB would be great.
These are bad starts, not bad moments. That year he did an excellent job for a 2nd year man, let's not forget that because he fucking sucks now. For a 2nd year inexperienced QB coming off a nightmarish first season - he played pretty well. Plenty of young QBs struggle with consistency from QTR to QTR, unfortunately for Mark that was his primary issue. I would of loved to see that offense blend and continue to work, with Braylon, Cotchery and Keller as his top 3 options. If you remember he did beast against the Dolphins, Patriots, and Bills to start the season after that loss to the Ravens. Didn't turn the ball over, was throwing touchdowns. I miss that not going to lie, those days are far behind though. We can never get back to that point.
There is no such thing as Sanchez haters. Only Sanchez lovers and Jets fans. Have you seen him play? So no WRs? No time? Sorry buddy but this is the NFL... Even your grandma can complete a pass with all the time in the world. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Agreed, this just confirmed Braylon's hate for Tanny, he clearly wanted to stay a Jet and was pissed when they couldn't reach a deal. I think Tannenbum would not even work with him. Damn shame because Braylon was one of my favorite Jets and look at how Holmes worked out. Nothing for nothing but I wanted Edwards over Holmes in that situation. I know he hasn't done anything since but I believe things could have worked out different if he stayed a Jet, and it would have helped Sanchez as well.
:breakdance:funny how much better the offense ran sunday with the 3rd string qb running it instead of suckchise. same offense, same plays, same players except one. could have put 2 tds on the board had greene not stayed out of the end zone at the end of the game.
if only! he has gotten much worse! brandon moore had to be so happy that mcelroy had his back instead of something else suckchise had thanksgiving night.
Nothing he said is wrong except for the way he said it. You could argue that he just cares about the JETS.. Maybe, even more than the current GM and front office. I like Bray. He said, while a member of Miami dolphins on HBO Hard Knocks, that he loved playing for Rex Ryan and being a member of the New York Jets. ...... At the end of the Seattle game, he went out of his way to wish Rex the best. If anyone can reign him in its Rex ryan. Honestly, he would be more of an impact player than UNO cero. Either way, it's just another reminder of our idiot GM.
Cut twice in two years, but yeah, if we can just reunite him with the great Mark Sanchez, they'll lead us to the Promised Land. Oy vey.
Cut by two playoff teams near the end of the season two years in a row, That can't be good he must be done
I'm not talking up Holmes. He's underachieved on the field and been a locker room cancer. That being said, he's clearly out performed Braylon, who has basically been a non-entity in the NFL since he left the Jets.
