This is such a weird quarterback dynamic. Most of the year this guy is wearing sweats and a tee shirt. Bam! All of a sudden you're in kid. Hopefully he's got something. But if he doesn't, I think they have to go back to Sanchez. Glad I just watch.
As someone who has been fed up with Sanchez for a long time, I think we should start him next week, hope the benching gives him motivation to play better the rest of the season so that he looks better going into the offseason so we have a prayer of somehow unloading him to another team. Does that make me crazy?
McElroy. Let's see what this guy can do rest of the season. We all know Sanchez and Tebow aren't the answers.
So what do you call today? Currently Greg McElroy has the best winning percentage out of all the QBs on the roster :breakdance: Also, for the people who chose Tebow, is it because you want Tebow to start? Because I don't see how you can start him after benching Sanchez for McElroy. It would out of nowhere to start him after he didn't play.
I'd stick with McElroy. Give him the chance to prove he can handle the job. If he needs to be replaced then switch to Tebow. If Rex had made the switch to Tebow today (assuming all 3 QB were active) then I'd have the same attitude. Give Tebow the chance to succeed/fail & then move onto McElroy. Sanchez doesn't deserve another 2nd opportunity unless Tebow & McElroy both have their first shot @ the gig.
