Cmon, you gotta admit that Sanchez's buttface moment is the stuff urban legend is made of. I'm surprised Steward, Letterman or Leno hasn't done a monologue on it yet. I'm sure it rated pretty high on YouTube for hits and whomever set that video to Benny Hill music was a genius.

So, will Sanchez ever live that video down? I think it will go down in history and he won't ever live it down just like Joe Piscarcik never lived down the fumble that ironically enough, was recovered by Herman Edwards.

I bring up this lil factoid because out of all the misery that was ThanksForNothing nite in JetNation, we could all use a good laugh. Laughing is better therapy and will help us deal with the "best team I've ever had since I've been here" heresy spoken by our HOF in training HC.

Pour yourselves the tallest glass of your drink of choice and weigh in. The Joke is on anyone that still takes this franchise seriously.

I bet it might be the most watch Youtube video of all time. Mark Sanchez is now a Youtube star like Rebbeca Black.

The question is how do the Jets even gather the pride or strength to walk out on on there home field and face our fans at home next week vs the Cardnials????Should we call the game off??? We really should

Best ass fumble returned for TD of all time.

Only Sancho and the Jest can invent new ways to embarrass yourself like this.

Hard to believe this regime's humiliation is not yet complete. Things can and will get uglier.

Only way Sanchez could live it down is if he actually becomes a good QB. If good QB were to make an assface play like that, we'd laugh it off as a foolish moment in a solid NFL career. Unfortunately for Sanchez, that entire play summarizes what he is as a QB. As long as he's a bottom tier guy, that play will always be used to describe him as a player & continue to live on.

That video will always live on as the complete summary of Mark Sanchez NFL career. Aint no way he's gonna live it down.

No. Sanchez will stick around the league for a while, but he's ultimately going to be remembered as a bust, and nothing will ever sum it up better than that video clip.

    Another aspect:

Sanchez is 6' 2". How does his helmet hit Moore's ass? I guess he's sliding feet first?

He could have run to the outside and gained yardage or thrown it away.

By way of Brandon Moore's ass, Mark Sanchez has managed to give HIMSELF the 'Dirty Sanchez'

    My assinine QB!

Dirty usually throws "pick 6's" - so what was this, an asspick?

I hate how Sancho said it was "unlucky".

Luck had nothing to do with it. Open your eyes and watch where you're going. It's as simple as that. If you were just gonna go down, why start running in the first place?

never going to happen. when good qb's fuck up, they do so with plays like the tuck play.

when shitty qb's fuck up, they go Police Academy and try to stick their heads up asses.

As bad as that buff fumble looks like, it's better than a pick 6. Because it doesn't drag down Sanchez's stats. I think this game will be remembered by those numbers: 26/36, 301 yards, 1 TD 94.8 QB rating. Butt fumble is not part of QB rating, so it's ok. Don't get mad at your QB when he puts up pro-bowler level numbers. QB is not responsible for win or loss, or funny plays. Stats is the only thing matters to individual players.

I assumed this was dripping with sarcasm, but having read other posts of yours, I'm lead to believe you are being serious. In another thread you said Sanchez needed at least three more years to prove himself? What the heck are you smoking???

Edit: having read even more of your posts... I see what your doing now! Cheeky Monkey

It's almost like a glitch in a video game. The OL running block was decent. The hole was big. The running lane was there. Defense didn't expect that play at all. Had our OG moved his ass a little bit left, it could be a big run!
