Denver was 25th in the NFL in rushing before tebow last year listen to your butt pal "super clown tebow hater " phaytal, who is a denver fan that hates the Jets and he also hates tebow...he will say it better than me (his quote from last year before tebow took over , ) Denver was the #1 rushing offense in the NFL last year after Tebow took over and it was because of Tebow not Magahee , even the worst tebow haters will admit it.
You mean like this HUGE thread I started after the steelers game? http://forums.theganggreen.com/showthread.php?t=74212&highlight=steelers
HAHAHA. and the 17th best at scoring td's on the ground and the 27th at scoring and the first in 3- outs. your full of shit. move on.
I like my cherry picked stats better than yours. Things like td/int ratio, 4th quarter comebacks, 4th quarter passer rating, record setting performance against the Steelers in the playoffs, first time broncos were in playoffs in over 5 years, 25th rushing team to #1 rushing team, longest rushing touchdown by a broncos qb, largest comeback win with 3 minutes left on the clock, winning record after taking over a very badly losing team, 100% redzone touchdown machine... Hey! I gots lots more cherries than you do!!
The time would have been with the bye week. We are past that point, and things will spiral no matter what. It sucks, but the bye week was the realistic time that the change could have his most effectiveness. Now it would be a meaningless moves just to get people to watch. Now that I reread that last sentence, Woody will definitely push for it even if it just shows our problems are team deep unfortunately
Then I'm wrong. I just think to get most out of the switch, the bye week was the time. Everyone always complained how John Fox didn't have plays for Tebow and etc, you really think Rex and Sparano are gonna whip out plays in the middle of a week to put Tebow and the Jets in the best position to win? The best time for that would have been the bye week, a whole week to do this.
We'd probably never even get into field goal range, let alone the red zone. We'll lead the league in three-and-outs. We'd probably lose to the Chiefs if we played them.
It wouldn't have happened if Tebow didn't have McGahee. I'll try to be serious against my better judgement: the way to use Tebiw is to put him in the huddle on all plays, with Sanchez. Defenses won't know who's going to line up behind center. Tebow could rotate at RB or TE or WR and sometimes even QB. It's too logical for this CS to consider, apparently. But just putting him in at QB to run the veer option 60x a game? Nope. "I'm Barack Obama, and I approve this message...."
Gotta start Tebow, let's see what you got kid while the season can still be salvaged. It would be pointless to wait until 3-11
Probably, maybe , supposedly, could be , chances are.....blah, blah, blah , let him play and then flame out and you are right anything before that is pathetic speculation , pathetic specifically at 3-6 It's funny because Tebow scored 32 TDs in 16 starts (and appearances for a few plays in 7 other games before this season) and was the NFL's number 1 red zone threat for attempts in 2011! It's ok to give him a shot , the sun would still come out the next day .
