    NFL Special Announcement:

Due to circumstances which are not under our control, the Jets at Rams game will be blacked out nationwide.

I can't wait for this game. I hope that today's game somehow knocked some sense into the Jets - Mark finally able pull his head out of his butt, the line and Greene will be hungry and step up, etc.

I hate these losses. I haven't gotten used to them after all of the years as a fan. I remember when the Jets had a losing season but were in every game (2006 or 2007?), had the smallest margin of loss of any team in the NFL. Every loss was painful since it seemed that every game the Jets could win. This feels like that. After all of the ass backward plays by the offense in today's game- had Sanchez not thrown the int and Kerley not fumbled - they had a shot in the game. After the throw by Mark to Kerley to make an offensive statement, I thought that there were good things to come. Brutal...

Thank god NC State basketball is looking good. Makes watching the abortion that is Mark Sanchez much more bearable.

Kellen Clemens to David Clowney. Was supposed to be like Brady to Moss, Peyton to Marvin, Joe to Jerry. Shame it never happened after the preseason

Can the Jets pull out the tie? Maybe.

I see a win. Frankly, a loss wouldn't surprise me. Two mediocre teams playing, neither really has much in the playmaking department. It will be a shit show. Its really a toss up. I can definitely see us winning easily, winning a close game, losing a close game or losing big. I have seen it all this year. This team has won big(Buffalo and Indy), won close(@MIA), lost close(@NE, Houston), and lost big(SF, MIA, @SEA, @PIT). Who really knows what happens? If Sanchez doesn't play like shit and Sparano doesn't shit the bed with his play calling, we should win. Who knows though?

Wouldn't be surprised if the Jets lost this game. This team just isn't good enough.

Hope they lose this game, that way after Thanksgiving we'll be 3-8 and completely done instead of 4-7 and people saying "Well if we finish 5-0." .. Please. Back up the truck. The fat lady has sung. The Pittsburgh-Baltimore AFC North race loser will have 10 W's and Indianapolis needs to go just 3-4 in their final 7 to reach 9 W's, something we're not reaching unless we were to finish 6-1 and that's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Playoffs!? I just hope we can score an offensive touchdown.

I watched the Niners/Rams game at the same time at the Jets game on redzone, I expect we will lose to the Rams - they have a better QB, better running game, better WR, got great penetration to get after the QB.

The only good thing is that I have pretty much stopped caring about the losses as I know we are a poor team with no possibility of doing anything this year (or the next) - at this point I am now comfortable to see us lose (or, rather, it doesnt really upset me very much) as it means more change will happen in the offseason (I like Rex a lot but I think he is now doomed) and its time for a near complete overhaul - I just pray we can get a decent QB and do not get stuck with either Sanchez or Tebow.

I feel cheated out of the cash I dropped on my gamepass subscription - I cant imagine how gutted people are that actually buy tickets to watch this team.

I can tell you first hand that it's sickening. Just thinking about paying $2,750 to watch this shit show come April makes me want to puke in my soup. This team won't be any better in 2013 with the cap situation.

    Welcome back to the 90's.

    if sanchez starts: 23-3 rams

if sanchez starts and is replaced by tebow or mcelroy: 20-10 rams

if tebow or mcelroy start : 10-7 rams

    1) we didint come up big the last 2 weeks with our backs against the wall. in fact, we have looked pathetically awful.

    2) in what way is this a meaningless game? the rams are undefeated in their division. they have an outside shot at a wildcard still. they are in the same situation we were this week. desperately needing a win.

what does slow matter? they have janoris jenkins and cortland finnegan at wideout. finnegan is super physical and we have struggled a ton with that. not to mention they are top 5 in sacks. not to mention, sanchez has been consistently awful.

I think we get our asses handed to us next Sunday. I have never seen a team come out so unprepared and disorganized after a week off like we did on Sunday. We have problems all the way down the line. Right now I don't think we have the talent to win any more than 2-3 more games if that. I don't watch to see a loss but right now things don't look good. Let's talk quarterbacks.....Are there any franchise type QB's coming out this year. Anyone that is off the charts?

I think the Rams help us get Sanchez off the field.
