He's trying to buy himself back in, and were stupid enough to probably get him. We should eather get someone who will contribute for a while or just work with what we got. Plax put up 8 touchdowns last year. Hill will fill in his spot for those and we haven't even tried Chaz in the end zone.

Sanchez, Burress is a nasty combo in the redzone. just saying.

Slow as shit, but he is Big where you really need him. just saying.

I really don't like him, but I like winning. just saying.

Yea I'd take him for a situational redzone WR, there's no denying last years success. The guy can't be too proud to accept that role at this point.

If he's a locker room issue like people like to claim without backing up - cut him.

I still think we should sign him back. Him and Bowe would be incredible!

I just think it's funny how now he's saying these things when he wants to play

I've been a Hell No to 3 but I'm starting to warm up to the idea that Plax may help this team.

I still want to see ocho catch a TD from Sanchez and pull a sombrero out of the stands or somewhere hidden on the field.

I'd rather see us develop the young talent we have that move back to the paradigm of picking up the league's leftovers and trying to shake out a good season or two with them.

Plax, as strictly a possesion reciever, with Kerley,Keller and Hill would be far above average.

    +1

Just play the young kids and let them get better. No more over the hill dudes. How was Braylon Edwards last night? He's finished and so is Burress. Why hasn't 31 other teams sign this guy? He's finished and a douche.

He can't do anything that Schillings can't.

During the taped interview they also talekd about him getting a speeding ticket for going 50 mph over the speed limit recently. When asked what was he thinking he responded "in a ferrari going 100 feels like 45". He basicly defelcted the question adn took no responsibility for it. For a guy basicly begging for a job, while coming off one season removed from 20 months in prison, his attitude is awful. I fully belive its the reason he can not get back into the NFL.

Why is he such a bad guy, because he wasn't overly enthusiastic about our awful starting QB?

If the Jets can win a couple of games in the next 3 or 4 weeks I could see that happening but only if they have a chance then and certainly not before the bye.

There's a reason why he isn't on a team at this point. I think he made last year's situation worse. Nothing to do with Mark being Mark.

Plaxico didn't really say anything negative about the Jets that I can remember. I know people speculated that he might be an anonymous source, but it was never proven. I'd much rather see us develop Hill and Kerley rather than go back to a temp solution of Plaxico. Hill is just about as tall and gives us a similar red zone presence, except he's faster and not completely useless out of the RZ.

    plax - 6'5 235
    hill - 6'4 215

hill is also like 12 years younger than plax...we already have a "plax" on our team

We actually would need a QB who could get him the ball and we don't have one so...PASS.
