Why is everyone jumping on the Colts bandwagon, they had one emotional win and might have used all their energy up. By the way #Chuckstrong!!!!
Jets will win this game. I get that the Colts beat the Packers, but they wont have the coach at all this week. The Jets can defend the pass better it seems now, they struggle against the run. The Colts cant run that good though. We will find a way to win this, wont be easy.
Must win game. New England is a blowout waiting to happen and Miami will be looking for blood after we luckily stole a victory from them in Week 3. Also, let's remember that the only reason the Jets stayed in the Miami game long enough for Dan Carptener and Joe Philbin to mess it up, Santonio Holmes, will not be playing in that game. I truly expect a loss to Miami Week 8, as much as it pains me to say it, because I've been a fan longer than 2001 and know they're our #1 rival and will always be the franchise I hate most. Anyway, at 3-5 going into the bye, there's a tiny chance of hope for the second half. Miniscule, I know, but something. At 2-6, there's nothing, and if they lose to Indianapolis and New England, this team may implode at 2-5 and it will probably be Tebow Time anyway. We'll see which team shows up. The team that got their doors blown off by Houston or the team that lost by only 13 (McKnight's KR isn't happening every week people, which is why I say 13). I believe they gave everything they had last night, pissed off at the world after the SF game, and this game could easily wind up being a season ending loss because they come out flat and implode. Hopefully not.
This is a must wwin game. If we win this, we should be 4-4 or maybe 5-3 going into the bye. If Sanchez can play well, this shoul be an easy win. He showed me something last night I've never seen out of him before, the ability to make the players around him better. It was nice to see.
I highly doubt it. 2-2 with a loss to the 1-4 Jaguars. They don't run the ball and their D is not very good either. I like Luck I think he is a good QB already and Reggie Wayne is putting up more monster numbers but they aren't ready to make the playoffs this year. Its almost better that they don't. Get some more high draft picks and get some real talent while Luck gets even better. They still have some tough games left too like the Texans twice.
Tannehill has improved every game. The Jets game was actually his worst: 56% 60% 44% 63% 65% The Dolphins are 2 OT games away from being 4-1. Think about that.
no we arent. we have a couple decent corners. the rest of the team couldnt cover a corpse. wayne is going to have a field day in the slot and over the middle. their defense will create a ton of turnovers. i dont see us really having a shot
were we watching the same game? looked to me like he made them worse. missed cromartie on an enormous play. threw 1 into the ground to cumberland. threw one high to comberland that he tipped and got picked off. missed a wide open schilens in the endzone. badly missed schilens on the very next play. had 3 or 4 horrible throws incomplete that had no chance. took a horrible sack to take us out of FG range with an avg QB performance, we win that game
because they are a better team with a better qb. we still suck. we still cant run. we still cant stop the run. we still cant throw or protect the qb. we still cant cover or get pressure on the QB. we have 2 offensive touchdowns in the last 17 quarters of football.
And the only reason Miami stayed in the game was because they called the Fasano incomplete pass, complete and we dropped key passes. We can trade how both teams shot themselves in the foot multiple times that games. The Dolphins gave it away, but so did we multiple times. It wasn't like we played amazing and MIA gave it to us and we barely won. Both teams played badly. We played less bad and they had Nate Kaeding syndrome against us. You could argue IND gave everything last week and won. I don't think the Jets come out anymore flat than usually. I actually think this turns into a high scoring shootout, 34-31 Jets. At 3-5, there is still hope depending on how they got there obviously That's the way the NFL works. In 2010 we won back to back road OT games. It's the breaks. Games like those turn you from a playoff team to team that misses. Look at the Eagles last year for that.
This was the whole reason I was going to post on here. I couldn't agree more about this, Wayne is the exact type of WR the always gives Cro problems.
If the Jets score 34 offensive points against Indianapolis I'd like to meet up with you at the Miami home game and buy you a beer. I'd be shocked if we score 34 offensive points before November.
