If we're 2-4 after 6 games, and not competitive in the next 2 games, I propose we go young the rest of the season and get the younger players experience and find out who develops and who doesn't.

Go D-line with Coples, Wilkerson and Ellis.
Go LB Harris, Davis, Maybin, McIntyre and Ballore....

See who can cut it and who can't and give them some real experience. the LB core needs a near total overhaul.

If we are 2-4 after 6 games, Tebow will replace Sanchez cause it will largely be on Sanchez's shoulders. That's a lot more likely than just going with all young guys. Our coaching should know they have to have some sort of success or they'll be gone. They won't just play young guys.

I have no doubt they won't play the young fast defense....but they should, especially in the LB core, the LB play has been pathetic outside of Harris and McIntyre.

If we're 2-5 after the NE Game

go young and start moving guys for picks but keep Mark at QB only because we want to maintain Tebow's value for the trade market

2-4 isn't that bad. Just some minor adjustments and this team should be SB contenders in no time. Too early to panic.

after doing some thinking I think we might win next week. Houston isn't going 16-0 and that means they will lose some games along the way and in my experience when u often lose when u least expect it in the NFL

minor adjustments? Have you seen this team? The only reason we're not a 1 win team right now is the Dolphin's did more than the Jets did to give the game away, which is hard to believe.

But, I did say if we're 2-4 and not competitive in the next two games. 2-4 and not picking up the play level means we're done. We won't catch the Pats, who are beginning a decline but are still easily the cream of the division, and there's no way this team makes a wild card birth.

I'm not a cup half empty person, but I'm not drinking the green koolaide at this point.

The 49ers are arguably the best team in the league,We should be able to beat the Colts, when we lost to the Pats 45-3 and got shut out by the Packers in the same season could you have predicted we would go back to the AFC championship game???? no i don't think so ,Week 1 told me that this team has potential if everyones gelling and on the same page, and Keller has not played in one single game yet, he will make a huge diffrence for our offense

I won't say there's no way we beat the Texans, stranger things have happened, but the odds of beating them aren't good. 10% chance we win the game.

The Colts are the next game, and to be honest with the way the team is playing our chances there are about 50/50. I say that because there is zero faith in our Offense. No running game, no passing attack.

The talent differential, particularly on offense, between the 2010 team and the 2012 team in astronomical.

You cannot compare them in any way. The 2010 team had a very good run game and a very good defense, which helped Sanchez to hide as a game manager (as most NFL QB's could do). You really think a TE who can catch, but can't block will make a "huge difference" as you put it, on this team? C'mon.
