And that includes the 45-3 thrashing in New England, the disaster last year in Baltimore. Sanchez looked terrified, the receivers played like absolute shit, awful special teams turnover, offensive line collapsed, Greene sucks. But the worst part of it? The defense. 8 of 14 on 3rd down? Terrible. Ben absolutes ripped the secondary apart. There was absolutely no pressure which allowed Ben to make these throws. Worst defensive performance by this team under Rex.
Sorry to disagree. It was up there but the games you mentioned and last years Raiders' game were worse
Plenty of the big passes that ripped our secondary apart were extended after we applied pressure. Poor tackling seemed to be the theme of the game.
I don't remember if this game was in the Ryan era, but there was this one game where the Jets fell to 3-3 after an OT loss to the Bills. Sanchez also threw 5 picks in that game, and Kris Jenkins got injured.
He was there, missed a sack on Big Ben that would have forced a punt on their last TD drive. Actually him and Davis both missed a sack on that play.
Yeah, you're right about that 1 play, but was he on the field at all in the 1st half? If so, I think it was only a few plays -- it seemed like devito took most of the snaps.
Nope the pats ass whooping the Jets 45-3 was much worse. Don't worry bro it will get better with time. Only week two.
Not even a top five loss in the Ryan era . . . fuck, it's not even the worst loss to the Steelers in Rex's reign: 1) January 2011 - AFC Championship game 2) January 2010 - AFC Championship game 3) 45-3 4) Christmas Eve - 2011 5) Last year's Sunday night loss to the Pats, with the division lead hanging in the balance. come on. It's week 2. Calm down.
