And every single one of them picked the Giants to win week one, so there's that.

Not sure, the last time they came to the Meadowlands we beat em tho.

Keep in mind the 04 and 2010 playoff games the schedule makers had no control of so....

Was thinking the Jets would win all week. Revis's injury hurts, especially against the Steelers' no huddle and deep receiver corps. Curious if Polamalu and Harrison play. If they don't play, the Jets have a good chance.

If Polamalu and Harrison don't play, that's obviously helpful but cancels the negativeness of losing Revis. Makes Sanchez and OL life a lot easier than it would be

    Jets 34 - Pitt 17.

Our D is going to go off big time and their secondary won't be able to cover us.

I just can't see that happening. They only had 75 yds rushing against Denver and our D is a hell of a lot better.

    Just saw that. Great.

Steelers defense is still very tough, but it's no longer completely fearsome. Manning picked them apart. Obviously, it's Manning, we don't have him, but our defense is also better than Denver's.

The Broncos-Steelers game was just the Steelers using no huddle, going on ridiculously long drives because they converted every 3rd down it seemed like. They were 11-19 on 3rd down and had a 10 minute time of possession advantage because of it.

We should be able to get after Ben and hopefully get him either down or making bad throws to put Pittsburgh in tough 3rd downs. Then stop them.

Offensively, Hill, Kerley and Holmes on the outside will need to make some plays. We're going to try to run the ball, and we should be moderately effective like last week, but that's not going to win us the game.

4 keys to this game (every game really but this one in particular):

    1. Don't get behind early
    2. Sanchez has to play well
    3. Don't lose the turnover battle
    4. Get off the field on 3rd down.

They shouldn't be able to run nearly as well as Buffalo did, but Ben can move the chains and be a pain in the ass.

    Jets 24-22

    No final score pick here...........

I just see the Jets beating Pitt.

.....with Cromartie, Folk, K.Wilson, Greene & Maybin being the key components in a Jet victory.......!

I called the blow out correctly last week, I even said Jets would hang 38 on the Bills ( I almost nailed it) .

This week...hmmm...definitely not a blow out , Jets win 20-17 on a late game winning drive .

Rex rallies the troops and reminds everyone how these are the guys that embarrassed them and took away their chance at the SB. Jets win by 6.

    Jets 27
    Steelers 24

No Revis and Thomas is a big hit, but no Polamolu and Harrison is just as big. Looking to be a close one.

I just don't see how we can seal runs to the outside without Thomas. We got gashed last year..and it was bad last week as well.

We'll see. I was optimistic all week, but with Thomas/Revis out I don't think we're going to win.

Also Jericho probably gets 100 yards.

High scoring game, 31-24 Jets. Big Ben will choke again just like he did in Denver.:)

Spiller wasn't running outside on his big gains. Not having Pouha made a HUGE difference.

harrison and hair man being out should help our run game, more so than thomas and revis being out helping the steelers run game. we need to rush for more yards than them to win the game. tebow may have a better game with an even larger role this week. he does give their defense fits, atleast he did last year.
