The biggest problem with Sanchez is a lack of consistency in the WR core. While Sanchez isn't elite, there's no reason he can't be in the conversation of the next 10 QBs in the league. But without proper protection and stable WRs, he's not going to get there. Your facts are way off base, but that's OK. Ryan is not the best coach we have ever had, and to say that is foolish, however, the Jets history of coaches is atrocious to say the least. Rex is a HUGE part of the issue in my mind. I want a SB, I am not interested in a team that needs breaks every year to squeak into the playoffs. There have been plenty of coaches who had a good season or two, but were not HC'ing material. This is Rex. If I am wrong, I be the first to admit it, but I am fairly confident I am right. He is just like his old man, a great defensive mind, a mediocre HC who will not have big success.

I assumed some people could make logical jumps, but I guess I assumed wrong. I don't think a huge majority of the Tebow fanatics are Jets fans, but rather Tebow fanatics. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of moron Jet fans, but I truly believe most of the idiots chanting for Tebow are not real Jet fans. Unfortunately, this is going to cause a huge problem this year, and will lead to a 5-10 year setback for the franchise. This was a colossal f up of epic proportions by the clown owner and the fat coach.

I agree. I hate Rex as a HC, and think he is a bad choice, but that said, I would love to be wrong. I live and die with the Jets every sunday, and even though I often disagree with decisions they make over the years, I never have ever once rooted for them to lose a game. Even in the Kotite years when I wanted him gone, I never rooted for this team to lose.

Whatever... Interesting you can make the leap that I am a successful businessman, even though I never once said that. Yet, you cannot fathom the leap that there are a zillion Tebow nuts now posing as Jets fans.
So in 2010 we squeaked in at 11-5? We know he's defensive minded, hence having a top 5 D every year. He brought in Sparano for that exact reason, to help on the offensive side of the ball. Schotty wasn't cutting it on offense. Rex as HC can only do so much. The effectiveness of offense is really up to the OC and execution, of course. Screaming, "Fire Rex" after 1 mediocre season, is nonsensical after what we accomplished the first 2 years.
