Tebow seems to excel at the deep ball, so I dunno as far as range of pass. I wonder how much they will play him in the preseason. I can see Rex not playing him much so he doesn't risk getting hurt.

I don't know Rex's style when it comes to putting certain schemes out there, but I would assume he will limit time for Tebow or have him run the base offense in hopes of showing some things for possible future suitors.
I don't think we have much to worry about Sanchez, he seems to have vastly improved from all reports. Also, if he can improve against this defense, I think he has a chance for a banner year.

it would be interesting if they could show enough of Tebow this year to trade him for a higher pick than they spent. I think Sanchez is the jets guy going forward, but maybe they can get a 2nd rounder for Tebow if he has improved enough to show something?

That is what one wants to hear. Now he just needs the play to match up with it. Could be a good year.

Actually, the previous two years, we've heard how he is developing into a leader. He would do the Jets West, and try to get the Offense on the same page. This year, we are hearing that he is getting in peoples faces when they mess up, holding TEAM meetings when they mess up, no matter if it is offense or defense. This year, it sounds like he is forming into a TEAM leader, which is what this team needs.

Rex mentioned that Howard looked good in the press conference. He also praised Ducasse again. I'd love to see one of these guys take Hunter's job. I'm glad Ducasse is coming around, though, because this is probably Moore's last year.
I was at a wedding and missed the preseason game. I got to watch some of it but I didn't reall focus on Howard. Did he look good? I saw we gave up a few sacks who were responsible for those?
