I really am so glad that I am on the outside looking in and do not have to deal with the Jet reps and all their BS. I am sure that some people are still buying preseason while others do not have to,,,,same goes with parking and the parking pass fiasco ! The jets already have the next 3 scams in place that will help make them money and sell tickets but the also have all the lies and untruths in place also,,,,,,,what a shame :sad:

I just hope they're bought by Jets fans getting their first chance to go to a game because the price came down to them. Hell, a family of four gets in for $200.00. That is something, by NFL standards, let alone NYC area. Unfortunately we know many will be opposing fans, which is bad IF we're losing in the 4th quarter and our fans leave. That always sucks.

What fiasco? Its year 3 already. Most of us have the seats we want and patking is taken care of. We know the place, good and bad. I am happy with my seats and now that I know the stadium, I am happy wth that. Love going in on the visitors side 50yard line, much better then Pepsi and Verizon. No lines, some ex Jet signs autographs to 12:30, Don and Gregg doing pre-game, take escalator up to 100 ft. TV to watch end of 1pm games or end of 1pm pre-game. This part is much better then the old place. The bullshit is over, its our home, those of us who loved going enought to hang in there are pumped like we every year. The only that changed for us is the new faces around us. Its stll the greatest feeling in world waking up Sunday with a 1pm hime game on a Sunny day. CANT WAIT AND Still love

Back "in the day" they used to come earlier. Now I don't know WTF is going on. They do WTF they want, whenever they want. I think it all depends on how the sales are going. Send them early and then offer huge discounts to others, claiming "they've already been shipped to you, so we're very sorry, but no concessions can be made now to those who have already paid. But we're offering free parking and no Preseasons to the Newbies." It never fucking stops. Always a new twist.

I never took it as a knock on me or other STH, you are not like the some of the ex STH's. Yeah, the Jets screwed up BIG TIME initially but that's mostly in the past. I am over the stadium issue, personally, its back to rooting for this team win it all someday. Its the only reason I still go. Gotta have hope or I would be a bitter old man from Florida. Hear, hear. Our section is looking like it will be pretty nice this year. The only thing still bugging me is the parking. I stayed in the orange because of the remaining folks left in my tailgate are still orange. My dad will be 80 when the season starts this year and it's getting harder to get him on the bus and up the escalators. I'm hoping what 227 says comes to fruition and next year it's back to first come first served with regard to parking. Loved the days when I used to park right outside gate B...

Yea I dealt with the same BS as you and while I managed to not get the exact seats I wanted I got something close enough to make me satisfied. We're happy you're miserable don't take it out on us. I'm guessing first week of August. Probably one of the few things they've done right is Fedexing us our tickets. I remember they used to come US mail in an envelope that sometimes didn't even indicate it was from the Jets. One year a friend of mine has tickets shipped to his family business and they almost shredded them thinking it was an advertisement.
So on Saturday a birthday card came from the Jets. The same exact card as last year. I thought they at least would have changed the Rex Ryan audio up a bit each year.
Try to get him a golf cart and they can take him to the gate and then up an elevator. My dad had foot problems last year and that's how we got him upstairs. We then took another elevator down after the game and waited a few minutes for a golf cart.
What do you offer? You're caring and sharing heartfelt story of you and your families tailgate and gameday experience? How about BEEN THERE DONE THAT until the NYJETS decided to screw those who supported the team through some very bad times. If you keep your seats for 20+ years like I did lets see what happens if and when the NYJETS decide to screw you. I bet you will be hollaring on your bullhorn. Dont mock other people for what they've been through with this new stadium and the ticket office. I ridicule the UD seats cause they suck. I dont ridicule the fans who decided to sit in them. How about those who got the tickets for $50 and didnt have to take the the pre-season and got free parking. How do you feel about that?
