Do you really believe the crap that you post? The Pats can sleepwalk through the regular season and still win 13 or 14 games. Exactly how will the Jets win the division? You need to concern yourself with the Phins because they will be the Jets competition to stay out of the AFCE basement next year.
:rofl2: So you insult him for his crazy statement and then you post an opposite yet equal crazy statement. The Phins might be the worst team in football this year. Tell me why you think we will do worse then the 8-8 last year.
Pats and Bills have improved significantly more than the Jets this offseason. Jets are looking at going 2-4 (2 losses to the Pats, split with Bills and Phins) in the AFCE. Jets will split non-division games going 5-5. That adds up to a 7-9 season.
Ok so 1 game difference in your prediction. You think the Phins are winning 8 games then? Also how did that laughing smily face get in my post I have no idea how I did that.
Dolphins became much worse this season losing Marshall. Jets can win 10 games its only a 2 game swing after all. See how this goes both ways.
I'm not seeing us being the worst team in football. We have a top 10 defense that now plays into more of the strengths in our secondary and restocked our pass rush. The offense will be interesting to watch, but I think based on the defense alone we should win at least 5 games. Our schedule is not near as daunting as it was last year. At worst, I think the Phins go 6-10 and I see them in the 8 win range
True I see them winning about 5 games. I can see other teams in the AFC doing worse. I just think with the coaching change, Tannehill not being ready, and your best receiver being gone will hurt a lot.
The Phins still have a very good defense. Their success or failure comes down to what the offense can accomplish.
From what I've seen so far, Philbin seems to be a great choice at head coach, but more will be known once the winning and losing starts. Truth be told, I was furious when Marshall was traded, and while it will definitely hurt us talent wise, I can see the logic and reasoning behind it. Marshall trashing former coaches is all I needed to hear to know that this guy is not someone Philbin wants on his team. I can't understand someone to criticize coaches when they were in the top of the league in dropped passes and 5-6 TD drops last year. The AFC East is hard to read ... The Pats of course should win at least 12 games ... as for everyone else, it would not shock anyone if the Jets or Bills won 10 games or won 6 ... should be a fun year
Marshall is a cancer but he is also one of the best WRs in the NFL. I think Philbin is a good head coach too but Jets fans know first hand that bringing in a new head coach with a rookie QB has a ton of growing pains. Jets went 9-7 that year being carried by a great defense#1 in football that year. I don't see the Dolphins defense being top 8 more around 9-12 and I don't think they have enough to win this year. I see the Pats winning 12-13 games. Jets winning 10. Bills winning 7. Dolphins winning 6. Bills win the award of most overrated team going into the season this year. 7 games might be generous for them. I'd take Sanchez, Moore, Tannehill and Tebow all before I'd take Harvard at QB.
I can't disagree with anything you said ... I think the Dolphins are an 8 win team that is plus or minus 2 wins based on QB play I hope Garrard/Moore can be our new Chad Pennington. The only way Tannehill starts multiple games is when we are out of playoff contention, which is hopefully beyond week 12 lol Buffalo is interesting and everyone is jumpin on their wagon (pun intended) but I just am unsure. Mario has had 13.5 sacks the last 2 years with injuries obviously but now he's the final piece? I'm not sure
Yea Mario Williams is still good but he is not great by any means. I have serious doubts that he is going to be the impact player that the media makes him out to be. Look how bad the Texans have been up until last year which happened to be one of if not Mario's worst seasons. Texans have had some awful defenses in the past as well. The Bills are still really soft and you can move the ball on them. As far as their offense I don't see Fred Jackson at 31 being as good as he was last year and Fitzpatrick still stinks. I think this year is going to be extra disappointing for Bills fans as they actually have some hope for this season.
