The real difference, and the important one, was that the Jerseys last year were being sold by authorized vendors. I.e. it wasn't a case of infringing on Tebow's brand. In your previous post, you weren't talking about the "legal" issues, but rather, you postulated that Tebow went after them because of the "message". What is more direct and straightforward ? The "myJesus" Jet's knockoff that doesn't even mention Tebow or the #15, or an authentic Bronco's #15 jersey with "Jesus" stitched in the name field ?
Never said it was the greatest of all time. But it sure was better than a lot of other QBs managed. Last I checked, weren't 20 other starters left sitting at home ?
That true but let be real he was in a sorry ass division. We been back and forth about this and as it stands he a back up and imo I believe that all he ever will be unless he becomes a TE or HB.
Sure, he was in a shitty division, but he was on the shittiest team in that shitty division, and the team (Broncos) was a hell of a lot worse than the Jets in just about any category you want to discuss. (other than # of playoff games played and playoff victories ) You want to compare offensive lines ? Or receiver corps ? Or Defensive lines ? Or Linebackers ? Or Secondary ? About the only part of Denver's offense that one really could point to as a bright spot was the kicking game with Prater and Colquitt. One of the things I am stoked about with the Tebow trade is that he is now playing on a MUCH BETTER TEAM than he was on last year and he's playing for a much better Head Coach.
