We should totally dress John Scott for the sole purpose of cleaning Ovechbitch's clock. :breakdance:

That said, I'm expecting a big night from the Callahan-Kreider-Stepan line. Despite a shaky game last week Kreids has continually been the most electrifying skater on the ice, and Cally is just a gritty mother-fucker.

yeah I though about that too with J Scott, but you know even if he attacked him like Carkner did Boyle, the freakin linesman but be on that shit in a second to stop it....

I love Torts, but he might have ruined Kreider for the series now, we'll see how mentally tough the kid really is I guess.

I don't think he ruined him by any means. And from the sound of what he was quoted, Kreider understands that he made some costly mistakes in addition to putting the puck on a tee for Ovechkin's goal. He'll be ok I think. Has to learn to be accountable for miscues and heroics just the same.

yeah I understand why he did what he did, I just hope the kid reacts positively and doesn't play like he's afraid to make a mistake...they need him to be a difference maker on the positive side tonight.

you can put Scott and Ovi in a closet together and Scott would never, ever catch him. You guys crack me up. And you want a 5 minute major to kill off in game 5?

Oh I was only being half serious hah. Plus I'm pretty sure Rupp could kick Ovie's ass without us having to start a completely useless goon.

Claude Giroux suspended 1 game for hit to the head of Zubrus. Giroux leading playoffs in pts.

You guys gonna cry about this one too?

Game 5's are huge. As Bart Scott said: "Can't Wait."

Brian Boyle leading our forwards in ice time.

Torts' handling of Boyle has destroyed us all year and it's continuing in the playoffs.

    Rangers Goals Average: 2.09

Team with lowest Goals Average to win the cup post-lockout?

    Anaheim 2.76

Yea, this team isn't going anywhere. Sorry boys.

May I just add, Prust and Boyle are 4th liners. End of story. That Boyle is leading forwards in ice time and Prust consistently gets sub-2 min (in the 3rd period) ice time when we're down a goal is directly on Torts. Torts is a shitty coach, 50 win season or not his system (and Sullivan[the AC]'s pp system) will not be winning championships any time soon.
