Does anyone see the psychological implications on behalf of the writer of creating a vagina monster made of smoke that kills people?
Not to mention the incest, torture, and all the other dark stuff that gets written?

GRRM is a great writer and love the show/books but my man has some serious issues.

Not to mention he wrote Jon Snow, Daenyrs, Arya, Bran, Robb, Sansa all as little kids.

I think Dany was 13 in the book when she got her thing going with Drogo,

I think a lot of that stuff was done for historical accuracy (compared to medieval times at least). Especially the vagina monsters. Those were rampant in the late thirteenth century.

Yeah...the Vagina monster was weird. In Martins defense of the children though 13 and 14 was the age in which girls were often married off in the Middle Ages. The dude is a bit...off, but amazing writer nonetheless.

By the time I got done with the books, it became my life's mission to eat a trencher and wear boiled leather.

Martin has a habit of using food, drink, and clothing to set a scene. I think he probably writes when he's hungry and thirsty a lot -- these characters are constantly topping off their wine cup.

I'm enjoying this season so much, I'm already dreading the last episode of the season, as the calendar turns to May. My life will be so empty once again.

I've never seen Breaking Bad, but True Blood is my next best fix. Which is looming on the horizon as GOT winds down.

Breaking bad is probably the best series of all time. You should give it a try.

Writing, characters, acting, drama, suspense, dark humor - its great.

That is a little bit of hyperbole....but you certainly can make a strong case for it being the best show currently on TV.

I agree though that it is VERY much worth while to try. Watch from the beginning. If you don't like the pilot (which is not possible), then don't watch.

I've heard nothing but good things about "Breaking Bad". I'll need something to watch when "Thrones" is over. No more Kenny Powers and "The Walking Dead" won't be on for awhile so there will be a gap to fill. Might check it out.

Tyrion is the man! Joffrey,... not so much! That little c@ck$uckr didn't want to help Sansa! man! I'm going to enjoy his comeupance !! hopefully, Sansa gets to do him in.

Has everyone watched the episode already? I don't want to get into spoiler territory, but, Poor Dani ..
