There seems to be no need unless they can get him cheap or they feel that Hill will need time to develop.
I think that getting Braylon is still an option at the right price. Having a 3-wide set of Hill, Edward and Schilens would turn defensive schemes on their heads, especially with Sanchez under center and Gaybow motioning as a FB or H-back. I love the adaptive thinking in that kind of formation.
Why stop at 3 receiver sets ?? Flood the field with receivers. I'd love it if we ran 4 receiver sets all day.
BE is rehabbing a knee injury... of course he'll come cheap. He'll get the vet minimum for a year, provided that he's healthy.
OH FUCK YES. I have been a fan of the 18 receiver set, but I can't even get my kid's peewee coach to listen to me about it. It could even be more effective than the jump-pass.
Im pretty sure this rules out Braylon... WR core of Tone, Hill, Kerley, Schillens and Turner is pretty solid and has a ton of upside.
Sorry, I must have missed the memo where it was ordained that NFL offenses should only run 2 and 3 receiver sets.
