Holmes IS a dick... no matter what puff pastry sweets the PR dept tries to shove down our throats.

 

He can tell the media to go fuck themselves after every game so long as he's giving full effort and producing. He needs to handle adversity better, then again this whole team does. I think last year will make them all better players.

If Holmes and Revis got into a fist fight late at night in a bar parking lot, who would win?

I think Holmes would wiggle around and avoid an ass beating at first but Revis would eventually get a hold of him and pound him good.

 

Revis is stronger, faster, and has the ultimate desire to beat his opponent.

I'm not saying Holmes does not possess desire but Revis is on another level.

So imo Revis would def win...

 

Jets have been "starting over" for 43 years and counting.

Who gives a shit if some WR for the Jets is a dick. Newsflash. Most of the goods ones are total dicks. The more of a dick they are, the better the receiver usually. The problem, in my opinion, is that Holmes isn't enough of a dick. I want TO in his prime antics! Just give the results to back them up.

Or don't. And fall in line like the replaceable role-player you are in reality. That's all I'd really care to see from him. Not asking for the moon like most.

Revis would hold out for more money or refuse to fight complaining that the contract he signed two years ago was obsolete.

Eh all he did was win a bunch of games for us in 2010. He didn't have a very good 2011 so screw him. If that logic applied to all jet players no one would be supporting Sanchez either. Just saying he had some great games and I don't blame him for being a dick. Between the shit offensive line play and the garbage play calling I'm surprised any of those guys made it through the season.

 

He's such a dipshit, thinking he can just hit the reset button at his own convenience... It's amazing how large the human ego can get (and how "one-way" some streets are)
