As i stated in another thread:

Why is everyone glamoring for jackson? He wasn't really the best OC in the world. I personally think of the 2 obvious choices of Sparano and Jackson I would rather Sparano.

For the type of ground and pound ball control offense Rex wants to run he would be perfect. He was a fine OL coach too so that would help a lot with our OL problems.

All i know is that the Dolphins have been in the top of the league in rushing since hes been there. It's not his fault that Chad Henne was not the player they expected.

You saw what a broken down Chad Pennington did with that team when they were top 5 in rushing. Sanchez is a good QB when he has a solid running game.

    Buahahahhaha!!!

This is hilarious. As a Dolphins fan, I offer you my condolences. Conservative play calling, Field Goal Marathon, no QB development.....

how is this possibly going to help Mark Sanchez? Look at Chad Henne for the past 3 seasons. Pathetic.

this is a very odd hire for Jets fans, and a great one for Dolphin fans.

At least our new OC has one thing in common with our headcase of a WR.

    They both love first downs.

    ???

Tony is a TERRIBLE OL coach.

His supposed "specialty" is OL, but after 4 years, and several 1st round pick lineman, our offensive line still isn't good. Ask any Dolphin fan. It's one of the main criticisms. Him being an OL coach and our OL still sucking.

You cant look at Sparano as a Coach. Look at McDaniels coaching, he sucked. Yet as an OC he was one of the greatest.

Im not sure how Sparano was as an OC tho...

I'm a little worried Sparano won't try stretching the field. Isn't this our issue with Schotty?

LOL fucking love the pics Poe.

Well, we wanted Shotty gone, now lets see if we are happy about it. This smells of a return to ground and pound in a huge way and that much I like.

Still doesn't mean anything about his play calling. We will bring in a staff to complement him.. Also he has never been a OC
