Tanny and Rex were lying through their team when they said that no changes were going to happen with the coaching staff, and the roster was going to stay mostly the same. So when do you think we start hearing about some of these changes? A week? A couple of weeks? A month?

Jacksonville is interviewing Mike Mularkey, Brian Schottenheimer, Mike McCoy, Rob Chudzinski and Bill O'Brien for their new head coach. I really hope they hire Schotty so the Jets can move on as a football team.

does woody have a thing for schotty? is there history between marty and woody? i'm just curious because schotty seems to be treated like a king around here. he stayed during a regime change even though his offense doesn't really fit what rex wants it to be. he got extended during the offseason for no particular reason. now the team is waiting for schotty to see if he can get a hc job somewhere before making a move? just seems a little weird to me for a guy who hasn't really had much success as far as i know. i guess the last name is that powerful.

when they happen we will hear about them immediately. it isn't as if the team is going to release a schedule to the media of when to expect the decisions to be made.
did the Jets have to give picks to the Ravens when they hied Rex? has a team ever had to give picks when they have hired another team's coordinator to be their coach? why would the Jets have to pay his salary if he is no longer fulfilling the contract? your questions shouldn't require anyone to have to answer them for you.
I think I read somewhere Schotty's interview is on Thursday. Time to get out your lucky Rabbit's foot, four leaf clovers, burn green candles whatever it takes for the Jags to hire Schottenheimer.

thanks for the link, I don't think they mean $3.2 mil per season. That's more than rex got to coach the team in 2009. I think they mean $3.2 mil is the total amount of the contract.
