    1) Bring in a solid football guy to replace Tannebaum and work with Parcels. Bill Delaney is a well respected guy and they should sign him.
    2) Hire Norv Turner to run the offense. He is a great offensive mind and will most likely never get another HC job so we can build continuity there.
    3) Bring in Chad Pennington as QB coach
    4) Bring in Tony Sporano as OL coach
    5) Bring in a new WR coach
    6) Hire Joe Klecko for DL coach instead of having a former DB as our line coach

Shutup, one down year and everyone is jumping off the bridge.

Down years are part of being succesful, because you usually come back stronger the following season.

Hire the guys responsible for building the Dolphins and Rams juggernauts. Brilliant.

Any way we can find a spot for Mike Milbury in this new front office dream team?

1.no way tanny gets canned, he is liked to much in the front office. and yes he had a terrible last off season he has also made some amazing moves so far. hell look at the players we have drafted under him

    2. could see happening but i dont see him committing to anything anytime soon, the search for our new oc could take a few months.

    3. i think its too soon for chad to become a coach, i think in his head he still has one more run in him. and i think he still may still have some ill feelings toward the jets.

    4. not going to happen, he will end up in college next year.

    5. possible

    6. also possible but dont see it happening

    7. Find a replacement for westy, dont forget this is his last year. could see a chance in our special teams next year.

    otherwise good post dude

Bring Jason Taylor in to be team choreographer. Our td celebrations are just lacking that certain pizzazz these days and we know he's got experience as a dancer.

omg, the panic is starting to reach levels I didn't think were possible. Back to Back AFC Championships and then 8-8 .... yes, let's fire everybody & cut everybody that can't be fired & build it all up from scratch. Except for bringing in Norv Turner, nothing makes sense in your post.

    LMAO wow what a thread.

Do you not remember how Parcell's destroyed the Dolphins franchise? Let his old ass sit at home, eating Werther's Originals, and cussing out his wife for not preparing the porkchops the way he wanted 'em.

So i guess you must be the only guy in America who sees our receivers getting any type of separation.

Parcels actually truned the Dolphins around and they went downhill when he implemented his out if the team was sold. Check it out you might learn something.

the problem is that it is not one bad season, if is over 40. If you don't win the Super Bowl you accomplished nothing.

the problem is that the Jets fans accept failure too much and then their owners get away with not hiring the best people possible for important roles in the organization.

Look at the teams that are there every year like the Steelers. It all starts with scouting and coaching. The Jets deserve more than a bean counter making football decisions.

Everybody says "one bad season" the reality is that we may have missed our window because we have a front office and owner that was so in love with Shittenheimer. What a sin that would be if we missed our shot so that they could keep the guy who was holding us back.

Well let's go off your comment.

    1) Bring in a solid football guy to replace Tannebaum and work with Parcels. ( I guess you are fine with a bean counter making football decisions)
    2) Hire Norv Turner to run the offense. He is a great offensive mind and will most likely never get another HC job so we can build continuity there. ( I guess you are content with Shittenheimer over Turner)
    3) Bring in Chad Pennington as QB coach ( I guess you think Sanchez did not regress)
    4) Bring in Tony Sporano as OL coach ( I guess you don't realize he was known as one of the best OL coaches in the game before he became a HC)
    5) Bring in a new WR coach ( I guess you see our receivers getting separation and being open. No one else does and that is Sanchez biggest issue, he has no one to bail him out)
    6) Hire Joe Klecko for DL coach instead of having a former DB as our line coach ( I guess you are fine that Rex hired his buddy who was a DB to coach a DL that puts no pressure on the opposing team QB's)

Bill Parcells, the ESPN know-it-all and media darling, is responsible for producing two of the worst teams in the NFL today — the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs.
