Coming from someone that blamed the defense for the team struggles this season?

    Go back to Finheaven troll

The Jets will have AT LEAST 2 more years of Sanchez.

Barring a pre-season injury, Mark Sanchez will be the Jets opening day starting QB next season.

17 interceptions and 10 fumbles on the season. I'd be ok with that if he showed any semblance of talent. Doesn't have a big arm, is not accurate, makes boneheaded decisions, looks dejected after being touched.

    This is overall team failure.
Offense/Defense/ Special Teams are all inconsistent this season. Coaching did not help. Defense couldnt get a stop when we finally needed it. Offense couldnt get scores when we needed them.

By the way, Drew Brees threw two picks to defensive linemen in one game last year. Please don't say only terrible qbs do it.

SNY saying its a combo of qb/oc/qb coach.

90% of the board. anyone who would want us to give up premium picks and a huge amount of cap space to bring in Peyton manning who may never be healthy again is clueless and I see that too much on this board.

I also question any fan who wants to throw away a 3rd yr QB, one who helped us get to 2 straight title games- something we have NEVER done before and we did it w/o a great defense(our D was very good), some of the games best ever D's haven't won 4 playoff games in 2 years.

No way. This game demands some form of accountability for seasons like this. Sanchez will be back, but Schotty is a goner. No doubt in my mind.

Interesting considering the JETS lost in 09' to a hof QB who Picked us apart
last year we Lost because the D allowed a team to move the ball @ will.

Kinda weird because not one of those things have anything to do w/ the QB poition..hmm, interesting

after ending the season with 3 losses when you have a playoff spot in your hands, moves will be made and with our media in this city its inevitable.

Maybe Luck falls to us and we can draft him. Or maybe the Packers cut Rodgers. Or maybe we can trade Sanchez for Newton.

Drew Brees set the single season passing record this year.

Mark Sanchez threw for like 125 yards today.

    Please stop.

What picks? Either the Colts decide in March to pay Manning $35 million in addition to Luck next year or they cut him. I agree on the cap space signing Manning and redoing Revis this offseason will leave the Jets in cap hell 3-5 years down the road. But it also makes us SB favorites the next 2-3 years along with making every single player on the Jets a better player. With Manning Keller could be a pro-blower, Holmes can be used, Kerley could be a star, same for Turner. The OL immediately becomes very good. The RBs get better and the defense improves greatly as they get to play with a lead. One could spend $20 million on 2 good players or $20 million on Manning and making 21 other players much better players.

Indy isn't just going to cut him and Manning had much more talent around him when he was in his prime and barely won a SB. keep in mind it took Peyton until his 9th year before he won his 4th playoff game. Remember that and he had more talent around him.
