Defend him now

There is nothing to defend, it is pretty obvious he just sealed his fate today.

 

I was indifferent. But after this....yeah. He's awful.

 

I can't wait to hear that "my QB" crap that the know it all homers have been spewing the last few years.

 

It's sad, Jets are stuck with him. He sucks

 

Its all Shottys and the de's fault. Once we have the #1 ranked defense in the league and the #1 oline in the league and the greatest offensive mind in the game he will win us 10 games.

 

Kid is just awful at times.

 

Sanchez has problems.

 

I dont want to see him ins a Jets uniform next season. I have been one of Mark's biggest supporters but enough is enough. I like the kid but hes just not talented enough to be a starter in the NFL.

I relied on the fact that he brought us to the AFCCG 2 times in his first two years but the fact is that the team won in spite of his horrible performances cause he had an elite defense that made up for his mistakes. The defense is not as good this season and we needed more consistent play from our quarterback and he is just not good enough to get the job done.

I will be very disappointed if we don't at least bring in a decent veteran to compete with Sanchez for the starting job.

Its time to move on...

 

Sanchez had a terrible game and received little help from some of his receivers. I look forward to seeing him play next season.

 

Im not going to defend him but i think we have greater concerns than a mediocre qb.

 

I've been saying it since day 1. Never wanted him, I was shaking my head on draft day.

 

Only seems good when hes on the move or in the 2 minutes drill.
inconsistent.
has trouble seeing more that half the field.
most his ints come to the left side of the field again.

 

I didnt catch who exactly was crying but if it was Darelle than Sanchez has to go

 

He just completely melted down in every important game this season. I don't know how anyone can not be shaken about his long term potential.

 

I would say that he's fucking terrible but then I know NDMick will bump this thread in two years time when Mark has led us Rodgers-esque to his first (of seven) Superbowl rings.

 

I'd still like to see him with a real oc before I write him off. He looked horrible today, however.

 

Jets will get a new OC, but still have Mark at the helm for at least 2 years.

I'm certainly shaken, but not broken. I wish we could set the rest button because I believe schotty completely botched his development.
