Dalton was a 4 year starter in college + 1 pro = 5 years after High School
Sanchez 1 year in college + 3 Pro = 4 years after High School

Im not claiming Sanchez will be an almighty QB, but those 4 years starting in College makes a HUGE difference

I thought I had heard the distinct whistle that could only be the sound of someone doing warm-up swings with the banhammer.

Oh so the O-Line only counts when we run the ball? HA!

You seem to be the one with a reading comp issue. I never said Sanchez single handily won all the playoff games. I'm just giving him some credit for being a key contributor.

Hope your Pats are one and done. Can't wait to see Ryan Mallet under center and have you never come back.

Yea, but Dalton only had 3 Pop Warner starts compared to Sanchez's 16, so that evens it out.

Seriously though, what does the number of college starts have to do with how a QB performs in the NFL?

Matt Cassell had 0 college starts and turned out to be a pretty decent NFL QB.

The reason it's clueless to you is because you don't know the answer and are too stupid to find it.

Go find a NFL QB that won a playoff game that started 1 year or less in college.

you might want to step back and remember you're bantering with some mentally challenged jets fans. It could be the water, but i doubt it. It must be the air, hense the term "airheads"

You are missing my point, Matt Cassell is a starting NFL QB without a single NFL start (and I did not say he was a great QB).

Using the logic of college starts, if Cassell started 4 years in college, he'd already be the next Joe Montana.

College starts is irrelavant to how a QB performs in the NFL.

Rodgers started for a year and a half (he had 21 starts compared with Sanchez's 16).

Bad example. Rodgers got a chance to sit the bench for 3 years and learn/have his throwing motion corrected before he got thrown into the fire.

Are you 4 years old? You are on a NY JETS fanboard. 97% of the people you are discussing with are Jets fans, hence why we are on the NY JETS fanbaord.

OK, Brady only started 25 games at Michigan and won 4 playoff games, including the Super Bowl, in his 1st year as a starting QB in the NFL.

Again, number of college starts is meaningless.
