I get what the OP is going for. Probably should have been worded, "Who is the worst starting player on the Jets?"

What kind of draft pick was Ducasse? We gotta get the draft right this year, alot of areas to improve talent-wise.

    What kind of pick?

A developmental pick. He was super raw coming out of school. We all knew it would take time. Its year 2.

Second rounders shouldn't be developmental to the point they are completely unable to play the position they were drafted to play.

I'm shocked more people didn't say mulligan. He hasn't done shit. Wayne Hunter at least has had some decent starts this year.

You are supposed to pick a starter quality material with minimal down time with day 1 pick. In that regard, VD is a failed pick so far - he's not labeled bust yet because we all knew he was a project (meaning Tannenbaum reached for a project player in DAY 1.)

Hunter. He has the most mistakes and he gets the most 2nd important piece of this team killed.

That's only because the team keeps putting him in position to fail. Vlad Ducasse is much worse, but the team wouldn't DARE throw him out on an island at RT.

Dude I know, but have you watched the guy? He is not developing at all, hes a trainwreck waiting to happen out there. Besides we have too many immediate needs to take these experimental projects.

Yes, this. You do not draft "projects" on Day 1. Look at how many holes we have to fill right now. We have to get the draft right this year.

I am going with Kevin O'Connell. But for players causing problems for the actual team, has to be Hunter right now. Smith a close 2nd, but his terribleness doesn't get Sanchez killed.

YOU need to learn more about the game of football. THe fact that people catch passes in front of safeties does not make it the safety's fault.

Mulligan rates out as the second best run blocking TE in the league. He has done something.

He's also good in STs. The dude just has the WORST timing with penalties. When I think about it, he's only had like 2 penalties this year, but both of them negated a big play which is why everybody shits on him.

I'm gonna go with Ducasse followed by Conley our piece of garbage Punter

The OP did not make a point of saying his question was limited to starters, and when I saw Mulligan's name there, I had additional reason to think it was not.

That being the case, VD is clearly the worst player on the team. But thanks for mentioning Conley. He sucks.
