Though not as worse but I should of been a 10-2 team if it wasn't for Rogers going nuts vs. Denver and Welker going nuts the week after. I had gone up against the highest non-me scoring teams in 3 out of the first 4 weeks, I did managed to win one of them though.
When do rosters lock for the non-playoff teams, at the end of this week or the end of the whole regular season (Week 16)? The only moves I'll make from this week on will be for guys that 'might' be useful next year if I decide to keep them, but clearly I won't drop anyone that'll make a difference to this year's playoff teams since that'd be counterproductive - being that most of those guys are candidates for the keeper list next year. And how do the 'reverse' tiebreakers work for draft order, out of curiosity? Same as the normal playoff ones (i.e. if you beat a team head-to-head you finish ahead of them, therefore behind them in the draft order...and the second tiebreaker being points, fewest points is higher in the draft order)? I'll still probably play my A guys to try and finish with a winning record, unless my opponent throws out his B team, then I might go to the backups too
I don't think there are individual roster locks like that since ESPN treats the consolation games as it's own playoff. As for non-playoff tiebreakers, it's just the regular tiebreakers I assume. I just go by this page: http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/h2hplayoffs?leagueId=39021 And just do the draft order with that. Whoever is 16th gets the 1st pick and so on. I'll have the draft order for the non-playoff teams set on Tuesday since I don't count the consolation games for anything. BTW - Everyone should play their A team, I'm not rewarding people for tanking. Can not be stressed enough.
Match of the week going down to the last guy. MJD to decide the division winner. Looks like Cro will win the Petro and I will win the scoring title.
So when's the next real league activity for us non-playoff teams - besides the consolation games and possible keeper add/drops till the end of the season I suppose - since the draft and keepers seem to get decided right before next season? At least I finished with an overall winning record and 4-2 in the games I managed. Hopefully next year I'll be able to build a deeper team from the hop, though a few of these keeper decisions are gonna be a pain in the ass aside from the big three and Peyton if he's healthy by then.
Owner's vote in January. If anyone has any complaints please make a rule suggestion and it will be brought up to a vote, otherwise I'll make some of my own.
I have MJD in another league, but I won't cry if he shits the bed in this one. A W5 and playoff berth would be nice.
Who would have thought that having to start Dan Orlovsky wouldn't be an automatic loss? I guess fantasy and the NFL really are different.
Yeah, when I saw your QB situation I figured I had it in the bag. I even picked up Matt Moore because I was ahead of you in waivers. If you would have got him you would have 6 less points now, so that kind of backfired on me.

Grats Devil. It was an unlikely run for me anyway. MJD allowed me to play spoiler in another league, so it wasn't a complete loss. Good luck in the playoffs to you.

We might of lost IATA in that coup d'état that happened recently so that might be a topic for discussion for the off-season whether or not we stay with 16 or drop to 15 and have a dispersal draft & realignment. Just wanted to inform those that didn't know like myself.
