Also we have an OC who can't design an offense.

Week in and week out I watch other teams consistently run plays that have receivers WIDE open. Even the shitty teams run plays that get receivers wide open. While the Jets consistently run plays with three options who are always double covered.

We might, it all depends who wins the tie breaker between us and the Bengals if we both went 10-6

So your saying the game wouldn't have gone a bit differently if he didn't fumbled or let a catch go right through his hands?

we control our own destiny. we would win a tiebreak with Cincy if we tie with 10 wins each.

Yes, we control our own destiny still since OAK just lost.

Jets hold the tiebreaker. I believe it's strength of schedule or victory.

Right now we still control the #6 WC spot as we own the tiebreaker over Cincy. Tho WE HAVE TO WIN THESE NEXT TWO GAMES!

Does it really matter? Does anyone think this team, as presently constituted, can play playoff caliber football?

Not sure if this has been addressed yet but will we still have the strength of victory tie breaker over CIN if both the Jets and CIN win out?

anything's possible in the playoffs. we have a team of big time players who always step it up in primetime

Even if we win out, Cimini will unleash the qualified by the "back door" headline again.

Is it possible for us to clinch the final Wildcard spot after a win against the Giants/losses by other teams? Because if it comes down to playing in Miami with out season on the line... yikes.

How about going 4-2 on the road in the playoffs ?

    Are those bad teams ?

If we can knock New England out of the playoffs the season won't be a total loss.
