You know what's funny? Giants fans universally despise Gilbride, have nicknamed him "Kevin Kill-Drive," and spent the last two years wishing that they played a ground and pound offense like the Jets do. Offensive coordinator is a thankless job. Packers win. Rodgers is just unreal.
I know. My dads a giants fan. But that receiving corps is deadly in NY, if they had any running game / defense, they would be just fine. Oh well.... here's to hoping they collapse and are out of it in 2 weeks so that they can roll over and play dead for us on christmas eve
So... How long until Aaron Rodgers has his own Chuck Norris/Jack Bauer/Rob Gronkowski jokes? Last year Aaron Rodgers got Jermichael Finley hurt on purpose in order to level the playing field a bit.
Unfortunately Dallas losing today made that much more unlikely. Here's what we need to have happen: (1) Dallas wins next 2 games (including next week against Giants). (2) Giants lose next 2 games (including next week against Dallas). (3) Either Chicago beats Denver next week or Atlanta beats Carolina next week. Obviously we want Chicago to beat Denver under any circumstances, but it will be tough with no quarterback. Atlanta should beat Carolina anyway, unless they let Newton go wild against them. Obviously Dallas needs to beat the Giants, and then they should beat Tampa Bay (not saying they will, but they should). Unfortunately, the Giants should beat Washington in two weeks, and if they do they are still alive the following week against the Jets. Add in the Jets having to win twice, and that's 6 games that have to go right in the next two weeks for the game to matter to the Jets and not matter to the Giants.
The Cowboys shit the bed, if they got the job done today and beat the Giants next week they'd basically have the division wrapped up
