i really like how the black fades in close to the letters. It really makes it pop. Is there a larger picture that you cut that one out from?

Yeah, I know. Took me a while to find a Jets logo that I really liked. As soon as I seen that one, I knew the search was over. Stands out in a very sharp way. I'm not exactly sure where I found the picture, all I remember is going to google and typing in "New York Jets photos".

Hate to break it to you but God is on Tebows side. In all seriousness, Denvers defense has stepped it up and I could see them carrying the team to a wild card spot.

They better beat a New England Patriots team then, because 6 loses isn't getting the Broncos into the playoffs this year.

They will lose 2 of the next 3 easily.

do we actually need a thread dedicated to stating the obvious: we want the bronks, gals, pats and tits to lose?

one tie breaker being used not is strength of victory due to 3 or more teams tied without having all played each other. That can go either way depending on what other teams do the rest of the way.

We need Cinci to drop games to the Steelers and Bengals. The Texans still have an elite defense and running game....I think they will be able to put any QB back there and beat the Bengals.

I'll take Miami over Oakland and Atlanta over Houston and Cleveland over Baltimore. The more losses all of these teams get, the better off the Jets are.

I've honestly never worried about opposing teams SOS until the final week of the season (if need be), for the simple fact, every teams SOS will fluxuate from week to week. Good find though.

It seems as if the Steelers and the Ravens could become the Bengals two toughest games, but if the Jets win out, it doesn't matter which two games/teams the Bengals lose to. As long as the Jets win out, and the Bengals lose two games from here on out... We're in at 11-5.

It's fun to speculate and all, but complex math just starting the final stretch is a fools errand.

    Keep it simple.

AFC contender with better record than their AFC opponent loses.
AFC contender against a NFC team loses.
    Jets win.

The one constant in football is that madness will ensue in the final stretch. Other than that KISS.

I believe your referring to my post. And yes it is VERY possible that the Jets can still not make the playoffs at 11-5. Using the Playoff Scenario, if the Bengal's finish 4-1, Pittsburgh 4-1 (losing to Cincinnati this coming week) they become the Wild Card Teams. Oakland 4-1 (Division Winner) Houston 3-2 (Division Winner)

The bottom line is they need to take 1 game at a time and re evaluate at week's end.

I just did this. At 10-6 the Jets get the 6th seed and play @ Houston the #3 seed.

There are still too many scenarios which need to happen.

Hey lets use math instead of guessing:

    http://www.playoffstatus.com/nfl/jetsmig.html

    Pit over Cin
    Buf over Ten
    Ind over NE
    Min over Den
    Mia over Oak
    Cle over Bal

In that order. The other games are not likely to be relevant.

I'm not so sure Baltimore would let a division rival waltz into the playoffs like that.
