what do you think we should do if we win the toss on sunday? I think we should let the offence come out, wear them down and chew up some clock...would be nice to take 10 min off the clock again this week in the first, but put up 7.

That didnt really work out too well against the Chargers. Before the defense even stepped foot on the field, it was 7-0.

Plax not training again today. That's a little worrying.

    He'll play.

The year the Giants won it all he never practiced during the week due to a foot injury.

    Its just Plax being Plax.

Second half of the season more and more vets will be rested during practices.

I'm sure you're right. I'm just terrified of any and all practice reports this week after the whole Jim Leonhard thing last year.

Not a fan of shit-talking, but the Jets do seem to play better when they are stirring the pot or being accused of some controversial act.

They have been unusually quiet and reserved this week.

Just an interesting tidbit on the Jets-Pats rivalry...all time series is 52-52-1 including the playoffs....lets tip the division and all time edge in our direction!

Every one of the "experts" are busy taking one of the poopshoot this morning. They all picked the Chargers to win.

I hear you, but ya know - the pats beat them a few weeks back and last december in a critical game like this one - the pats absolutely destroyed them. The pats are struggling and the Jets are smart not to be talking or doing anything publicly to give the pats a rallying point. Its actually nice to see that this team can STFU when it wants to - it shows they have discipline, that they support the coach and that they are very focused on playing Jets Football. I like it.

We can talk about the media not giving us any respect until we're blue in the face, but Giants fans must feel worse. Are the Niners really that much better? I don't think so.

Well you don't think so, but I and many others think the 9ers are a better and healthier football team than the Giants are. Its not about giving respect, its simply a question of one team is really banged up and has to travel and the other team is healthier and playing great football and is at home.

THIS! It's pretty much textbook Plax. As long as he comes out and does what he needs to Sunday night, it's all good.
