lol...... I feel bad for Otis, poor guy got fucked. Shane should have at least blown his brains out to spare him from getting ripped apart by Zombies.
Just more proof that in able to survive any given wave of a zombie invasion, you simply need to be faster than the fat guy in your party.
Who loved the inconsistency of the zombies and their running abilities? In the beginning of the episode, they had a good light jog going. And then at the end it was more of a brisk walk. Either it gets good now, or it doesn't get recorded anymore.
For the most part, I've been reading a lot of negative backlash about this season. As many of you may know, I am a man of Science -- so let me tell you this how about? zombiez r kewl, brah.
I agree. I thought it was a good episode and redeemed last week. The show is far from perfect, but I am entertained far more than not.
I didn't really see the improvement some of you are talking about. The Otis killing scene was good but 55 minutes of shitty actors portraying shitty characters followed by something "exciting" happening at the end is a recipe for disaster and the sign of a bad show. The scene on the porch with Glenn and the girl was awful and so was anything involving Lori/Rick.
Haha so true, one minute they are like the Kenyan Track-Running zombies in 28 Days Later the next their max speed is that of an old woman with a cane. I'm still enjoying the show even with its questionable acting and inconsistency, mainly because I love Zombie movies.
pretty much agree here. hopefully she uses the gun he gave her on herself. they need to kill a main character in an unjust way, soon to get the audiences' empathy back. as of now I don't give a fuck about anyone.
they've been searching for Carol's daughter for 3 episodes now. this show needs new writers in the worst way.
I now hold the opinion that every character that gets killed off asked the writers to jump off this burning wagon. If they made a spin-off called Norman Reedus: Zombie Hunter I'd watch that instead. He's the only character taking time to fuck zombies up on the regular.
Daryl is pretty bad too. The crossbow was an interesting idea, but his scene with Andrea was horrible. For me, Shane shooting Otis to save himself was the best scene of the series besides Morgan looking for his zombified wife through the sniper rifle scope. This show has been awful because of the writing and the lack of character depth. There's no plot and the characters don't matter. Kirkman has no idea what he's doing and Darabont made a mistake by not following the comics. Shooting Otis was Shane's only way to get out of that situation alive. However, the writers will probably try to turn him into some sort of big bad villain by the end of this season.
Not only that but earlier Shane had offered to stay behind while Otis got away and Otis wouldn't leave him, so what Shane did was the only way that the medical supplies were going to get back for Carl. It's also kind of ironic that the only good character in the TV show was one that was killed off almost immediately in the comics.
