    Sapps a nice pick up, I liked his game in Clemson, nice to see him on the practice roster. Didn't really get much of a chance with Philly though, I think he messed up his knee or something and then they cut him?

    Best case scenario: the Eagles treated Sapp poorly and never gave him a fair shot because of his knee injuries.

    Worst case scenario: the Eagles were right to do so.

    Ricky Sapp quit. The Eagles didn't treat him poorly. He walked away from the game because he wasn't playing at a high level.

    I know.

    I don't know why the Jets are taking a shot on a guy with no knees and no heart. I hope there's more to the story than I understand.

    Sapp is a guy I liked in college and was interested in seeing the Jets drafting.

    He's had some injury problems and basically walked away from the Eagles.. hopefully he is ready to give it his all and can salvage his career. Not expecting much out of him, but he has some talent.. I'm willing to see where it goes.

    He walked from the Eagles because Vick demanded his dog. Vick is the big swinging dick in Philthy so it was either give up his best friend, killer (half pitbull, half rotweiler) or walk. Sapp walked.

    This dude is a tough loyal guy that took the fall rather than give up his dog. In my best Gruden imitation this is a great move.
