    Rip Al... a new beginning for the Raiders? Maybe the Los Angeles Raiders?

    Anyway you have to admire for what he has done for the last 50 years (well, prior to 2004...)

    hey he may of been a joke around the nfl this past decade but there is no denying back in his day he was one of the best owners out there, a true nfl legend. R.I.P Al

    True that. The man did more for the game than just about anyone. I hope the past 10 years don't diminish his legend.

    Also, I hope to God we don't have to hear anything else about Myra Kraft now that a REAL NFL figure has passed away.

    Shame his later years were such a joke because Al was a brilliant executive for years. Without him we'd be looking at a much different NFL today.

    RIP Al Davis

    Al Davis owner of the Raiders and the man most responsible for the merger of the AFL and the NFL in the mid sixties passed away today

    Rest in Peace, Erasmus Hall HS, Brooklyn grad

    Also in his will he wants to be buried in oakland but will move his grave to l.a. and then back to oakland
